This is what I mean about the unnecessary, over-the-top negativity. I have played thousands of hours at MGMNH and I honestly cannot remember a single instance of a dealer complaining at the table about a tip. That would be such a breach of etiquette that, if I ever heard such a thing, I would be stunned. And yet this poster claims to hear dealers whining about not making enough money "on a daily basis."
Again, I am not shilling for the room. Undoubtedly, there is a broad spectrum of dealers at MGM -- some are polished professionals; others are less skilled or seem to always have a lousy attitude (as in literally ANY OTHER job or walk of life in which you encounter a wide variety of people). But to suggest that dealers are constantly complaining about being undertipped, within earshot of players, is needless hyperbole. Stuff like this degrades the conversation in here and makes it less likely that the folks running the room will take players' concerns seriously and respond productively.
