All jokes aside, no your idea is dumb. Also they are now doing a last 15 promo starting at 915 pm. Regular people have to work during the week so they aren't going to cater to a handful of late night weekday people. And as you noted all the other Maryland casinos don't either.

This room is successful because there is no where else to play. A lot of people complain about this room, because the lack of care is just so obvious. I live 20 minutes away, and I would love some competition but it's illegal. I believe I could run a much better poker room because I would at least care and not fleece the games in a rake trap while offering better promos and comps.
Not really sure how you came to the conclusion i'm a brain dead degenerate but what ever, I play here 2 times a week and sometimes wake up really early and come in to play because not much else is open at night. The night imo has much better games compared to the day time at 1/3. 2/5 is mixed and 5/10+ rarely runs late night.
I played this weekend during the day, and all my tables were pretty slow, with a low pot sized average rarely hitting $50 (sub-optimal table) The over night tables are far better on average, with pot sizes of 200+.
Maryland live does a better job but it's an hour away but they have lousy late night promos as well. At least they care about their players, and will comp them - well at least they used too. (I am no longer a Platinum member of Live so I don't know if they still give those nice rewards) - I was Gold teir at MGM and it got you nothing and was much harder to get.
