I can answer 2 questions above.

First off the 12 tourney killed the table action and 3 tables were playing with about 6 people, I personally hated it.

2nd I played at the table right next to the 5/10 NL and I did hear them say their food and drinks were comped.

How many actuallly played in the tournament? If it killed the table action you probably stood to win more by playing in the tournament with everyone else! LOL

There was about 30 people in the tourney. 12 min blinds. It definitely took away from the cash game action. I thought it was kind of dead for a saturday at midnight. It was the first midnight madness tourney so hopefully it gets bigger.

Who was at the Meadows Saturday afternoon/evening and saw the drunken display? Anyone who goes there on a regular basis knows of whom I am about to talk. The drunk, blonde, snaggle toothed piece of trailer trash won the $225 dollar tournament saturday. Ok, that's enough to piss anyone off, but there's more...much much more. After getting paid, she paraded around the poker room waving the cash in the air while repeating "I won four f&@#ing thousand dollars". After several minutes of this, she then shows up in the men's room and mouths off to everyone in there until security finally removed her from the building. Of course, she didn't tip the dealers a penny. I'm not sure why the management puts up with her and her big mouth, but it is really starting to annoy a lot of people. A few of us have asked management to deal with her, or even ban her from the room. I just want to encourage anyone else that can't stand her presence in the room to speak up and tell the managers what you think.

I know on Friday they had at least 20 people playing.

I know your supposed to tip the dealers when you win but I was wondering what everyone thinks is the correct amount? I know exactly who you are talking about. There are a couple loud mouths that play there and I cringe everytime I see them win money. Its a shame that a couple people can ruin a poker room sometimes.

Is that the same "lady" who played all the Mountaineer tournaments? She's piece of work.

This sounds just like a drunk chic that I have seen at Mountaineer in the past. I had to tell her to shut up while I was in a hand once. I was thinking of heading to the Meadows to try the tournies, but if that kind of riff-raff is there I guess I'll stick with the cash games at the Rivers.

If you do run into her, say something that sounds vaguely anti-Obama and watch the fun.

Has to be the same one from Mountaineer. She got kicked out a couple weeks ago on a Tues night from Mountaineer. Not sure if she was perma-banned or not.

Wow, a reason to go back to the Meadows on a Fri night! I've got to see this chick for myself (I have an idea of who she might be, maybe 70% sure ...)

Then after enjoying a little 5 or 6-handed action, I'll head over to the Rivers about 11:00 before the games break and the room goes dark.

I might try the Wed. night $100 tourney. Does anyone know how many entrants I can expect? (I'm hoping I don't get seated next to everyone's favorite blonde Reba fan).

Well it's $1 a hour now for a week or so now and you can get drinks comped or go to the little store and buy your smokes or candy or what ever else they have up there. I've been using mine for free alcoholic drinks.

You can only use the money for drinks or the shop nearby?

I'd rather use it for the slots or more poker chips.

Expect 5-6 tables. Get there early, the casino is packed and parking can be a challenge. Yes, expect to see Snaggle Tooth there as well, unless she is banned by then. I suspect that the meadows will deal with her..they are getting enough complaints.

LOL the only poker pro I've ever seen staggering drunk along route 19 hitch hiking.

I'm laying 2:1 odds that she overdoses with the 4K she won with in three weeks.

She has a husband/boyfriend that is there from time to time (at least at Mountaineer) and I've never heard him say a peep or be out of line. With that said, he needs to learn how to smack a ho.

Really? I have never found parking to be an issue even on the weekend. I usually just park on the fourth floor of the garage.

I will be there wednesday as well for the tourney

Yeah, when I told her to shut up I forgot he was sitting right behind her. I half-expected him to meet me out in the parking lot, but he didn't say a word.

Anyway, approximately how many people are they getting for the nightly tournies? I might give wednesday night's $100 tourney a shot.

there has been 95 and 82 the past two nights I am hoping for that big of a turn out for the $100 but 50 - 60 is probably more reasonable

Has anyone tried the Saturday afternoon Deep Stack tournament? $200.00+$15, 10k starting chips.

How is the structure on this(compared to the other daily tournaments)? And how many runners on average?

Also, anyone try the 7 Card Stud tournament? Seems like it would be real juicy for a live tournament.
