So how is that different form normal? Ahahaha

3:15pm: 14 tables running with short lists for everything, per Bravo.

Do the dividers inhibit conversation much? Seems like they would.

Glad to hear. A couple people at the table near mine complained of cutting their fingers on the sharp edges of the plexiglass. The floor taped over theirs.

Overall good experience so far though.

Yes. Can only really talk with person beside you. For anyone other than your neighbor, you have at least 2 pieces of plexyglass between you.

Other than the poor plexyglass layout which is being fixed, I have no complaints.

Looks like I was wrong. Only about 14 tables running and not much of a waiting list.

Do you get a colored bracelet or something for your 3 hour time slots or can you just stay longer after you get inside?

Nope. Once you are in, stay as long as you want.

FYI - no temperature checks when I arrived.

When I arrived at 2:00 by the hotel entrance I was required to remove my mask as I walked by a scanner, presumably a temp check.

I had to remove my mask as well at 11. Could have been temperature scan that I didn't notice.

Lol. I know. And there are higher level cards than black. I have no idea if black is minimum or restricted to Jade or chairman.

Just sharing what I know.

Everyone had their temperature checked by scanner when they walked in. That's why we were told to pull our masks down.

are they giving out masks to people who dont have one?

I saw someone get up from the table wearing a mask he'd brought from home and come back with a black mask shortly thereafter, so maybe. If they are requiring them, makes sense they might have some extras laying around for staff and whatnot - customers who drop theirs in the toilet, for example. Don't know if they are giving them out at entrance though.

Not sure if the 7-handed is set in stone, but just a constructive suggestion from my experience the past couple days: 6-handed.

The middle seat (5) is far more cramped relative to the others, even more cramped due to the plexiglass, and multiple players (myself included) have requested seat changes out of seat 5 to other seats for this reason. It is almost always the only vacant seat at a table of 6 players. I suspect this is also due to poor visibility of the rest of the players/table from that vantage point (although best view of the flop, for those visually impaired).

I'm sure the floor doesn't want to have to keep cleaning seats for seat transfers, and understandably so. Going 6-handed by removing seat 5 would help players and staff. Obviously less money for casino as games are on reduced rake at 5 more often. But something to consider at least.

But overall the room is run very well as always and most are acclimating to the changes.

Let's see what they look like Friday when the new ones come in.

Thanks
