I was there on Sunday. I saw one or two people at the slot machines with masks on. Otherwise, things looked normal. I did spot Purell available to all on the front desk, but I didn't see it being heavily used.
The two changes I saw were signs by every door suggesting that if you do not feel well then perhaps you should go home and visit another time, and also every mirror in the bathroom had a message about the importance of washing your hands and not spreading germs.
The governor has declared a state of emergency. He has also urged everyone over 60 to avoid crowds. Colleges are closing, sporting events delayed or being held without spectators, conferences are being cancelled, and airlines travel and movie attendance are way down. I have to think very soon this will have a big affect on the casinos.
I did ask a dealer if they get paid sick leave. He said they do not - they make money (almost) exclusively from tips, so they have to work to get paid. Keep this in mind the next time you win a pot (whether it is soon, or after you take some time off from poker if you choose to be cautious).
