The current coming through just the lightening USB cable is fast and not necessarily regulated so your screen freezes up. The power brick regulates it so it works better while still plugged in...

last year it was limited to Gold and Platinum card holders.
This year the flyer that I received from them didn't state a restriction.

it looks like ANYONE can go and get the free food.
so people off the street can just walk in, get a rewards card, then walk into RamsHead, swipe in, then pig out at the free buffet.

Here's an old complaint, but just happened at my 4/8 table. Guy is lurking our 2 seats, is friendly to our dealer. She asks him how far down the list he is. There's a long list. She lets him sit.

They were doing well with filling seats, but for some reason, we had these 2 seats open for 30+ min. Might be because of the mini being hit. But this what happens.

Hey Mike what is the official ruling on a card that possibly flips up? We had a dealer today zinging the cards and he flipped 3 of them up in 30 min. In my case he nicked the shuffler and the card barely tilted upwards before stopping at the shuffler edge. Without asking anyone if they saw it he flipped the card over exposing an Ace and gave me the last card.

I know this is a grey area but I'm curious what the proper procedure is and is it always the dealers call on whether the player gets a new card or keeps the original card at Live without being sure if it was sxposed?

I was very surprised when he just flipped the card without asking anyone or knowing if it was truly an exposed card. He had already flipped 2 others up by that point though...

Wow… this may keep me from hitting up horseshoe everyday even though its closer.

Sitting in the drawing right now...it is going to have to change to "currently seated" for the drawing...almost impossible to call a name for someone to claim based on the massive list of people qualified...

No...not packed or long on wait lists but most of downstairs and upstairs have full tables. Tournament going on as well...
