So many ways to have fun with the table with this one...

I know this has been asked a ton, but is ML 9 or 10 handed? Also, what do they offer as far as comps and promotions?

Games are played 10 handed

Comps 1$/hr, unless you have higher level players card then it goes up to like 1.1, 1.25/hr for easy of the tiers not sure on each level but it something like that, but the base is 1$/hr

Promos, best to check the website under poker. But right now they are only running the Royal Flush 500$ and 100$ table share, and Mini and Mega Bad Beat. But the promos change monthly so check the website for updates.

There are a couple of games that play with less than 10. The HORSE game plays 8 handed. I can't remember for sure, but I think it's the O/8 that plays 9 handed (it might be the PLO).

5/10nlhe and higher also play 9-handed. Comps are $1/hr base, $1.25/hr once you hit 100 hours and $1.50/hr once you hit 500. The other levels are I think $1.75 and $2/hr but they take gambling in non-poker games to get and I'd imagine for pretty high.

Level 16 of 1A ended about 9:30 PM with 158 runners; another 15-20 min to bag up. Note that we had a delightful 45 min dinner break after level 12.

Oh God no, if the O/8 gets down to 9 handed at least 3 players start thinking about sitting out. I love Saturdays when they have the must move O/8 and at least 4 players on the main game are screaming at the floor for a new player the instant someone starts racking up.

Yeah, that is pretty funny to watch. I really prefer short-handed O/8 (short-handed anything really). I used to play at Delaware Park and their 4/8 game would get to 4-5 handed late in the evening but would keep going. It was nice because it ran pretty quick and you had plenty of room to spread out.

Why is it 10 handed when tables are so small! Its impossible to be in seat 4-7 and enjoy playing. Not even enough space for the chairs! This as to change asap!!!!

Pretty sure they're standard size tables. Not sure if your post was a joke though

These tables are smaller than standard. I believe they were made smaller so they could put more tables in the limited space they have.

It's definitely annoying when you can't slide your chair in or out without asking your neighbors to move their chairs. I'm also a pretty small guy, and I am CONSTANTLY feeling claustrophobic because of the tables.

We are almost reaching the first anniversary of the Live Poker room. It was a wonderful one year. Congrats to Mike and Staff for running a successful room.

Spoke with him during Event 1 of the series, the numbers for Event 1 are encouraging considering it was during WSOP.

He has been teasing me saying many more exciting promotions are on their way. I am keeping my eyes and ears open for Jul 20th, the date when he is going to make the announcement.

Also they are preparing for the new room to be open and would increase their promotion's frequency.

So when's the Rake Free Day promo?

on the anniversary date? complete with 1hr waits just to put your name on the list, then
more to get a seat?

edit:
What NEW poker area to open?!

Sorry since it has probably been posted, but is the poker room cold? Wondering if I should bring a hoodie for the tourney tomorrow. Thanks!

Definitely can be cold depending on if your table is under a vent. But I have heard (mostly heavier) people complain about being hot, too. I bring an extra layer, but I don't always need it.
