from my experience on Weds, it's like 1hr 15min wait from the Bravo sign on the wall by the High limit area.
but unlike weds, this time there's also a waitlist on Bravo

By taking it down on purpose, they still draw people to a casino, who will end up waiting and certainly some of them will play slots or other tables eat their food, somehow spend money in their casino.
