I was certainly being hyperbolic, but only to make the point that they can make efforts to improve response time if they really want to. A floor told me their medical personnel are on-site, which make me wonder where they are coming from that takes 15+ minutes. This is the second time in the past two months that I've been in the room when something requiring medical attention occurred and it took that long.
Show some hustle in sending over one of your medical crew ahead of the whole stretcher/cart thing (if that's what's taking so long for them to arrive) to examine/stabilize the individual. If there's some communication lag, err on the side of concern and move quickly. It would be a shame if someone had a truly life threatening incident and this response situation remained the same. I understand they are a casino/private business and not a hospital, but given they have folks on premise (per floor, Mike correct me if this is wrong), I'd like to see them do better.
