So imagine when tourneys are running. The wait is gonna be ridiculous. Plus those tourneys can wait until they improve lol.

Any incentives to go today, or should I just wait?

Just got in line at 4pm. I estimate about 150 people ahead of me. BRAVO I shows 48 active tables. I'm guessing waiting lists will start getting long soon.

So here's the line today, about 1130. Not a great picture, I know...

The line has snaked past the high limit area, cashier and around to the back of the roulette section. You can kind of make out the poker room wayyyy in the distance. The security booth is along the left hand side.

I have to admit - once you're in, you're seated pretty quickly. A nice change from CT. And these outlets are great.

In line at 420. Moving slowly but word is people who wait are getting to play

just got back arived at 10:30ish. Already a line along the wall from the poker room to high limit tables. they let 10 people in at a time to register.

played 4-8 o8. Like usual for me played good first 2 hours then donked off half a buy in just before a hyper-agro came in and started bulldozing the game.

Are they allowing people to use their phones to text/browse webs while at the table?

Been here about half an hour, gone about half way through the line. Once you go through the line then you get on the list. If you want to wait a hour and half or so then make the trip.

All the tables up stairs are now being used. I'm not sure about downstairs. Bravo shows 49 out of 52 in use.

I would guess they are reserving some tables for bigger limit games or non NL games that don't already have one table in use. They want to satisfy everybody and do not want to have to break a 1/2 game in order to have a table to start a different limit.

I just did a walk by and counted 120 in line. While I was back and forth doing that they left about 20 people through

Yes, but not while you are involved in a hand

The room is awesome. Mike has done an excellent job. Had a nice profitable first trip at 1/2.

A few things when you have a chance to implement:

1. The bravo app doesn't show the telephone number for the poker room. I heard that you just got a new number. I also understand that you didn't want to put it out there for the first day when you are not accepting calls.

2. The cards were nice. Giving the hats on the first day was a nice touch.

3. Folks at the table were talking about adjusting to the fact that there is no betting line. A forward motion is considered a call and if it can be enforced so that the back-n-forth motion (betting a stack and going back and getting more chips) is not allowed would be great.

4. Table Numbers on the ceiling would be great. The placards on the table were really small and are often hidden under dealers hand.

5. A bravo swiping machine for signing up for tables and to view the promotions would be awesome. CT uses this and would be a little stress relief to the front desk folks.

6. A cage upstairs that will allow tournament registrations would be great.

The action is great and is comparable to CT. As a matter of fact you might be playing with a lot of dealers and also you might know a lot of the dealers/floor from other rooms (CT, DP and AC).

Do casinos intentionally block out cell service? This building is too new and expensive to NOT have service. Can't wait to make it out there this weekend.

I'd also recommend checking out the traffic and cameras on Trafficland. You can see the levels of traffic and also monitor all of the various traffic cameras.
Thanks

That's cool. Thanks

I read somewhere that the tables actually have 'phone charging stations' in them too?

Yes. They have USB and regular outlets under the table.

1h10m to front of the line. Seated right away at 2/5. People are leaving so new seats are opening up.

I'm not waiting in line for 2 hours to get a hat. I guess those on the 1/2NL list now, probably aren't playing until 2am tonight.
