LOL People in line bitching to various suits walking by about not knowing that there would be a line to get in....some sickos in the high limit bj room are fun to watch!

Show up an hour early because their NOT expecting a line? LOL.

I'm hoping to get there by 3pm to avoid the BIG line tonite!

I agree it would seem mid afternoon is a great arrival time...avoid those who have to be there at the beginning and then avoid those who actually have real jobs and will show up after the fact and create a new line.

Plan A - show up early afternoon, find out there is a seat open in the exact game I want to play, sit down, and have fun playing poker.

Plan B - show up early afternoon and see a long list to play. Then I put my name on the list and I go shopping while waiting for my seat. I have some items for the home to pick up in Bed Bath & Beyond, and I wouldn't mind buying a pair of pants at the Dockers store.

Fyi, the line is still ~300?ish.

It its much closer to the buffet, near the craps tables, than the high limit room.

They are letting people in at a snails pace (totally understandable, not complaining). Doubt if you show up now that you will get a seat by 3.

Wow!! I was expecting people to show up early but wasn't expecting a line this big! This poker room was a long time coming and with a world-class manager like Mike Smith, the poker room has been an astounding success even before the doors have officially opened. Congrats Mike and team!!!

I just checked on Bravo, and there are 5 1/2 games and 1 2/5 game going at 2 minutes past Noon!

With enough on the wait list to open up another 2/5 NL game, and a 5/10 NL game - which I assume will be open shortly, if they haven't already (I dunno - does Bravo have a delay, or is it truly real time?)

Lists for all of the other games have started as well.

Looks like the room is off to a flying start!

Now, if I only wasn't tied up with work...... Oh, well - I'll get there at somepoint.

I know its Wednesday afternoon but I thought I'd see more people at the slots/pit. Probably around 30% capacity, if that. I'm only basing my pre-conceived notions on the sheer amount of people in the area.
