How about another tweak, remove the clock and have the blinds go up after each round is completed? Just a suggestion. Thanks again and I'm looking forward to a weekly HORSE tournament in the further.
Thanks. The only issue with that is that you would have to stop some tables to wait for dealers and the action to catch up, but that's a good suggestion.

The smell and the soot are a pain in the a55. Redoing the kitchen will be the biggest expense for me.

I've always played it that the bring in player can bring it in for $2 or $12. We talked about it last night with your floor personal and another player (Michael). We did not get an official ruling from your floor (since the bring in players always brought it in for $2 when it was a kill pot), but Michael thought that the bring in player can bring it in for $2 or $6 but NOT $12.
Bringing it in for $2 or $12 - would allow the bring in player the same INITIAL right to get the pot to $12 that all the other players have. Allowing the bring in player to bet $12 when it comes around after posting initial $2 bring in, would give that bring in player a unjust advantage in acting last and would be just like raising yourself after you already had your turn of betting. Likewise, if the bring in player brings it in for $2, when it comes around that bring in player should only be able to (on everybody calling the $6) call the $6 or fold...
2 - On Holdem, Razz & Stud hi games ONLY - should have 2 legs each $20+ pots for it to be a kill not $40 each leg. In the 6+ hours I played yesterday only 1 time did someone win 2 in a row $40+ pots. It's hard enough to win 2 in a row.

1. We are researching that right now. We have not been able to find too much information on Stud with a kill or half kill. We are leaning towards $2 or $6 straight. If he comes in for $2, he can only call unless someone raises.
2. There seems to be some confusion with the kill pots. In a single pot game, the kill is triggered as follows: the same player wins two consecutive pots and the
second pot meets the size requirements (there is no size requirement for the first pot). In order for the pot to meet the minimum size requirement, the player must win at least one full bet not including any bets from the blind structure. When a player wins a pot, he/she will receive a button indicating that he/she has a “leg up”. If the same player wins the next hand in which he/she participates, the button will be turned over to show “kill” and he/she must “kill” the pot by posting a mandatory blind (at least) twice the size of the big blind depending on structure of the game. The “kill” will continue on the next hand if the “killer” wins the first “kill pot”.
o O8 – scoop a pot with $40 (10 big blinds/5 big bets)
o Razz, Stud –will have the same qualifier as Hold’em.
o Stud Hi/Lo – will have the same qualifier as O8

The floor gave them a warning (what else can they do?) and they checked it down anyway. Good job.
Thank you very much. Jaclyn is a great dealer and runs the game very well.
Thanks for the input guys,
