Although the scene isn't what it once was. It is a game that is deceptively popular. It seems that the players are all widely dispersed and do not really have a place to converge, exchange ideas, find out where games are etc.
Yeah I agree, I recently played down Bournemouth which catered for a few different games such as cash and tournament; this in turn has once again given me the famous 'kalooki bug' Is there anywhere in London to play anymore? I know there used to be a place in Stepney Green but that's closed. Anyone know of anywhere?
2/5/10 mostly or 1/2/5. What games do they have at equal chance? Where is it exactly? Do you play there a lot? How likely will I get a game if I just turn up?
Cool john, if you haven't got a place, I've got a lovely venue in South london with an existing player base, let me know if you would like to do some form of collaboration, if not I'd like to come play in your game
Try the Western in the afternoons. Or ring round the suburban snooker clubs. I've stumbled across some lumpy games while just playing pool.....(I don't play kalooki)
