I have been living here for about 4 months now and interested in seeing if there is some kind of community.

I have played a tournament in both Casino Lisbon & Casino Estoril and players are mostly...well interesting and Im definitely going to both of them in the future months again.

Anyone?

PS.Also if you have somekind of questions about casinos/etc I can try to answer.

Nice to see a thread on this. I'll be in Lisbon for holiday soon and might play some cash.
What are your experiences playing cash games there?
Would it be any problem for someone that doesn't speak Portugese?

Havent played any cash yet, but what I know is that it is only found from the Estoril Casino.

Last time I was there they had only 1 X 1/2€ holdem table open but talked with staff and they told later in the evening/night there is more stakes and if interested omaha table too.

Casino staff seems to speak good english but out of casino it is sadly pretty rare here..

Saturday and Sunday, from 3 PM. Registration open for Hold’em and Omaha tables with blinds from 1 € / 2 €.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 PM. Registration open for Hold’em and Omaha tables with blinds from 1 € / 2 €.
Monday and Tuesday from 9 PM. Registration open for Hold’em tables and Omaha comblinds from € 2.5 / € 5.

In case anyone else looks this up.....I did go to Casino Estoril. On both a Monday and Tuesday. There were four tables of 1-3 running. Games generally soft but would recommend table selection as some a lot better than others. They also had 2-4 PLO both nights. Would definitely recommend checking out if in Lisbon

I was there earlier this year, on a Friday. They were running the same games. I think this is the only decent place to play around Lisbon. The other smaller casinos don't have poker i don't think, or maybe 1 table if so.

Yeah I also went to casino Lisboa with one of my friends to play a bit of blackjack and some late night drinking. As expected no signs of poker there
