Without a doubt the stimmy money is driving most games. I am skeptical it is driving the 5/10 action. Although maybe I should make a trip up and see for myself. Teach you clowns a few things on the felt.
I believe it has to do more w a lot of people created a substantial wealth bc of the pandemic also the losing players didn’t play for a year or so they have all that extra money

Detroit has a population of 3.5M and Cleveland has 1.7M
finally made it down to play the 5-10 PLO and wow is that game soft… pure gambling but most ppl buying in 500-1k and only a handful playing deep, great action
Yes to 7 handed and I believe the 5/10 PLO is 500 min-no max, although I don’t play it so I could be wrong. That game hasn’t been going as often recently as it was a month or two ago.
Should we expect long lines/alternates being used for the $50K this weekend? Do you need to show up early to register if you want to get a seat? Or no capacity issues?
For the MSPT event in early May, will this be held exclusively in the poker room, or do they have other areas that will be used.?
Seems like they would need additional space if they get more than 200 runners per day, unless they just plan to shut down cash games for the week (unlikely)
Does anyone know if they are capping the number of entrants on Saturday for the MSPT? I'm debating making the 3 hour drive to play, but don't want to get shut out if I show up at 10am on Saturday to register same day. Any info would be helpful.
Today a floor man said he doubted there would be any cash games on Saturday, meaning all 26 tables would be full for the tourney...I'd maybe see how many entrants they get Friday to gauge possible turnout for saturday.... not sure about the pre reg rules for the $1100, but the sattys were open 2 hours before.

Yes. Not sure who the new manager is, but very curious as to why Chris is no longer there. He seemed to be doing a pretty good job of getting more people into the room.
Toledo isn't much better. Might be worse actually.
Toledo is better than cleveland any day, though. Columbus is quite bad as well. Both places the floor staff is terrible. Toledo they actually realize that if they don’t take care of you you’ll just go play in Detroit.
