Add in the fact that alot of the transfer dealers will be leaving soon, and they may not have the manpower to cover all the tables.
It's not an excuse for not having enough dealers there during the day and into the night to cover all 30 tables.
I've checked the bravo app a few times the past few days and to constantly see them at 23-24 tables with mile long lists is inexcuseable, especially during the nighttime hours.
They opened a brand new market, it's going to be busy. The room is only 30 tables big. If dealers have to work extensive OT the first couple months, let them do it.
Proper planning for this room would've been to have enough dealers to cover 30 games and breaks for at least 14-16 hours of each day with it trickling off into overnight before it kicks back up in the late-morning.
There's no excuse for not having enough dealers. They shuttled a ton of people through their meat market of a HR process and had more than enough prospective candidates to plow through their in-house school along with transfers.
They knew they were opening a 30-table room, they had plenty of time to plan and determine how many people they needed, and hell, I'm not even considering the delays the casino had in opening.
It's one thing to not have enough tables for the amount of people coming in and be at full-spread, that's a *good* problem. Having the tables but no people to deal on them? That's bad.
