I hope Caesars does buy it, so we can get a good reward program back (one that I can use outside Cleveland). I agree that they probably won't build a new one--like the original plan. But, if they do, it's still stuck downtown: a block away from the current one. That's because of the Ohio Constitutional amendment that allowed casino gambling. It specifies only a few blocks of land within the entire state that can have a casino like the Jack. I would love to see it out of downtown too--like Columbus. But, unless we vote in a different amendment, we are stuck with it there.
