There is a flyer at the tournament desk that gives the exact info.... buutttt off the top of my head: main event has 3 day 1's and a 250k gtd prizepool for an $1100 buyin. There is also a $200 PLO tourney, a $330 with $100 bounties and 30k gtd, and I think a $575 with 75k gtd? Dont quote me on that gtd, but I feel like I remember reading it and being surprised at how high it was.

The Isle is also going full high stakes wed night at 12:01 AM. They are also going to be allowed to stay open until 3am that night, contrary to what Mike originally thought earlier in this thread. Should be very interesting to see what games pop off for that 3 hour span before they reopen for business at 9am the next day.

If I remember correctly, you do offer comps for poker?
can you say how much for the NL games?

Mike stated it earlier in the thread Ron.

"NL players will get a minimum of $1.00 per hour and up to $1.50 on some of the bigger games. That can be use for food or alcohol. If you choose to redeem your points for cash back, you will be paid $.50 on a $1.00 which you can use it for tournament buy-ins."

BTW thanks again for the SpreadSheet.

So when I go to the casino next time (I've been playing online so I have enough money to play those bigger Omaha games) how do I go about trading in my points for cash after a session?

We have talked with NAPT, but based on recent changes in Las Vegas, we may not be able to move forward. We will look at developing something like that on our own.

Thanks

Any chance that you could set the poker list sign up kiosk up again? I like being able to swipe my card and select my game...

Thanks..

Had a great session at ISLE last night through this morning. 2/5, after losing KK < QJ AIP for like 650, it was pure upswing after that with some quads fullhouses, and they were callign me mr set at my table. Orange structure syracuse hat. LorDstrife, which dealer are you? Giving yoru penchant for magic the gathering I'd have to guess the wavy spiky hair with glasses or more likely the forward straight floppy hair?

Place was super hopping till prob midnight or 1, slowed down some till around 3, a little more empty from 3-7 than woudl ahve been preferred but still a few good tables. I expect the action to pickup more in the graveyard shift as word gets around more. $2.25 yuenglings are decent too, and getting comped at nearly 1 yuengling every 2 hours now!

also let me put in a vote on this thread [like I do in any isle thread] for 15 min level in the $100 sng or at least 15 min level when requested

I still haven't had a chance to play PLO there yet, but word was that the 1/2 plo game was playing bigger than a lot of the 2/5 NL games with a LOT of action.

Played there tonight was disappointed, started at 2-5 where 75% of the table were buying in for 200, there were three people including myself with over 500. Moved over to the 5-10 game as the 2-5 was just brutal. People were a little deeper and game was decent but the table broke and I gave up after waiting 30 minutes to get back on a 5-10.

Mike,

Thought you should know that last night when we started (before the 1st hand was dealt) the 8-16 om8 (1/2 kill) game all 10 out of 10 players wanted to add stud h/l (and 8 of 10 players wanted to play HORSE) but the floor guy (Steve?) said "no". He then went on explaining various (what seemed like trivia) excuses as to why we could not add games, not even just the 1 stud h/l.

Also, brushes seem to not look at the Om8 board on their computer screens to see if seats are open, not even after you go up to tell them. We waited more than 15 min on several occasions both on 7/1 & last night to fill empty seats and their was a list.

On the 1st day, we (main game players) thought they opened a "must move" Om8 (4-8) to feed our main game only to find out later (when we were down to 7 players) that it was decided by floor not to make the other table a must move game. It was not fair to the main game players (which started early on the 1st day) to get short handed while the other game was constantly full.

Another suggestion would be to "promote" games like you do SNGs. Last night the 1st time the Om8 8-16 game was trying to get started after calling down the list on my suggestion, we had 6 players lock up seats. 10 min later without making announcements promoting the new game or allowing us to start it short handed a PLO game was put in its place and they promoted the PLO game until it was full.

Another suggestion would be to have the wait list TV screens show accurate info AND to list words like "HORSE" or "STUD h/l" not just "Mixed". Most of the games on the board seem to have "Interest" listed under them but in reality are actual games going. A non regular player walking in (perhaps regulars too) might turn around and walk right out after taking a look at such an inaccurate TV screen board.

I'm complaining to see change for the better in my favorite S FL room.
