They don't have people sit out if it's 7 or 8 handed?

Also - is baducey ever included?

The list the other person posted is correct, in a full ring every game is played except 2-7 (stud and badugi deals 8 out 1). 2-7 is added if 7-handed or less given no player objections.

It's usually a decent game, but during the WSOPc it was TOUGH AS NAILS this year.

Baducey is not approved and there isn't a demand for it it seems.

On the other hand, they will now have the Horseshoe Poker Classic in late January which will be like the CPC of last year with the $365 6 day 1's, million dollar guarantee with a couple other events and a main. Kinda cool. Now we have something in the fall, winter and spring there. Need a nice summer event and we got all our bases covered at the Shoe.
Any more news on this?

had a decent 1/2$ table last night...then middle aged indian guy sits down, posts in MP, and makes it 30$ straight. we didnt have 3bets that big for hours (yes, lolz). This guy made it 30$ EVERY hand except for once over the course of about 30-40 minutes...AND he was consistently getting called! WTF!
Go figure, I dont see a single debatable hand, then he gets stacked, and the very next hand I get KK....ha

We need more of THESE guys at the 1/2$ tables!

Well a few points of disagreement:
- 2-7 is usually in the mix but just skipped until it's down to 7 players. Once it is in, it is in unless everyone wants it out.
- The games during the WSPOc were fantastic, unless you were running bad. If you were running bad you were in for a long (or short) night depending on your threshold for pain.
- Baducey is approved but rarely in the mix. We played it for the first time last Wednesday. It was a lot of fun.

No 3-5 game this morning, so I'm stuck (literally) at 1-2. Can't believe all the checking down I'm seeing. It's nonsensical. I can see the weak hand wanting to do it, but time and again, TPGK is not betting. Not sure what this is, but it isn't poker.

How about a table change if you don't like watching people play poorly?

How about winning money while people are playing poorly?

Who said I wasn't winning?

I don't think this is a case of people playing poorly. It's a soft form of collusion.

You did when you said you were literally stuck.
Unless you were glued to your seat what else could you have meant?

He did say literally. Maybe he actually meant it correctly.

i suspect that's highly unlikely. if you do it for this game, you'd have to do it for all of them.

what nights do you typically play?

i play almost every friday. i just think since some of the pots get so bloated in this game they should institute a minimum amount like 1K or so that you are allowed to run it twice because i really dont like flipping a coin for big amounts of money in some situations.

it's nice to know i'm not the only 2+2er in the game. i play on friday and saturday nights (not every week, but a few times a month), and most recently started playing on sundays.

i'm early 30s, beard, almost always wear a short-brimed black hat and eye glasses. pretty quiet at the table. say hi sometime.

who's your favorite reg to play against?

It's good to know that there are other players with access to increasing their knowledge in a game where you are trying to take their money?

it's good to know that if i crack a 2+2 joke at the table, there's a possibility someone will get it.
