What is the maximum penalty for collusion?
Well as collusion is relative and each case is unique, the maximum penalty could vary from time to time. However, usually, once confirmed by both the casino and the Maryland Lottery, that guest or dealer could be permanently banned from all casinos in Maryland. However, that final decision would be made by Maryland Lottery. As for any other forms of penalties, that would be relevant to each individual case. (I.E. if any theft was involved, the casino may press charges). I hope this answered your question.

Bad beat hit at the 5/10 table on Sunday night/Monday morning. Royal flush over quad tens. I wonder How huge that pot was.

For those unaware, the Bad Beat has changed to a dynamic bad beat that starts with Quad Aces and goes down one hand rank every day while the prize pool goes up every day.

Additionally, starting this month they're adding 20k to the prize pool every week (on Sundays)

Tournaments (except the midnight turbos) are now eligible for 50% of bad beat and high hand prizes. They've removed antes from the tournaments as well.

Still no food runner (F&B mandate for some absurd reason), and now table games is putting two offices in the corner (removed the table behind the brush) but these promotional changes may help rekindle some life in the room.

Just to clarify, it's 25% for BB on tournaments.

Does any $ from tournament fees go into the bad beat jackpot?

Any chance to get the grave dealers to actually care about their job and pay attention to the game. Instead of coming in with attitudes and players having to do everything

A better way to handle this situation is to send Victor a private message with as many details as possible. Generalized, unverifiable complaints are not going to get corrective results. Think about it from his perspective and provide him with the information you would want to know if it were your job to take corrective action.

I guess then it's time that you, like a lot of people, should take your business elsewhere.

Yep that's what I've done. My 2017 hours:
Live 522
Mgm 365
Shoe zero

My travel time to all 3 of these from home is about the same.

Fair enough. It would be helpful in the future to let people know that you've already taken those correct steps.

And thank you on behalf of the community for doing so. It's disappointing to hear that your complaints appear to have fallen on deaf ears.

That seems to be the correct play at this point.

I have seen that there's been some turnover in the dealer department. Particularly some of the most abrasive and the least competent ones are gone from what I've seen recently. That may, however, have been related to the holiday season.

Which is not to say that the dealers are all consistent. But I feel there has been *some* improvement, at least ...

What's left to figure out? Unfortunately, it sounds like you either deal with the poor service at HB or make the drive to MGM.

Isn't that two choices that require figuring out?? Seems like your trying to start something. I've heard about you pleas don't start with me.

Has anyone played the featured GM games during the week? I’m thinking of playing Tuesday.

Doesn't effect me since I keep up with the thread, but the OP needs to be updated, almost all of the information is out of date (except the directions).

Worst, most horrible room around as many, many, many, many posters have mentioned. Most dealers are terrible and the floor and management does not care. Area is dangerous, the cage and casino employees lie to people, promotions are non-existent and the food service is bad.

There is no compelling reason to give this place any business.

I disagree. I've never felt even slightly uncomfortable during any of my visits, most of which have been late-night on weekends. But I've been at every time of day and night--weekday and weekend--and I've never encountered anything the slightest bit unusual or unsettling.

There is some truth to this but might be a little dramatic... Food Service is terrible. I do agree with the exception of Victor the management on duty is very Lax & seems like they don’t care. I can’t remember I actually used the cage in the Poker room.
