Hello. First, I would like to apologize for taking so long to become active in this forum. I have had some obstacles preventing me from making this a regular practice, however, I will be much more active in this forum going forward.
Next, I would like to clarify this situation as well as address the concerns of the integrity of the Bad Beat and other Promotions. After review of the previous Bad Beat, there were no indications of collusion. However, during that time, players did bring it to my attention that they believed certain tables may have been colluding. Since then I have been aggressively communicating to my staff what the repercussions to any player or dealer that is believed to be involved in any form of collusion would be. To clarify this here, any player or dealer believed to be involved in any form of collusion in our Poker Room will be fully investigated and reported to the Maryland Lottery.
