Never got to the 2/5, played pretty deep in the tourney but didn't cash.

Really, really like that the levels are 30 minutes now til level 10, then 40 minutes, instead of 20/30 min. Feels and plays more like a deep stack.

The only thing I could find to whine about (and I'm nitpicking) is that I'd like a longer break at some point to get some food. Otherwise this is my new favorite tournament room in this state.

Any specifics on the 100$ 2/5 promo? I may be in the area sometime in May. Bravo is kinda vague..

You must start playing by 4pm on Thur/Fri/Sat at 4 hours play you get $50 at 6 hours you get an additional $50.

I can confirm this as well. Of course there has to be a 2/5 game running. This promo should help juice it up and spread 2/5 more (crosses fingers).

I think I actually saw two 2/5 games running on Sat while I was playing in the tourney.

Huge overlay on satty to Vegas yesterday

Plan on stopping to play the anniversary tournament on Friday on my way to Chicago for a wedding. Any idea how the structure will be on a scale from crapshoot to too deep?

Wish I'd read this yesterday. Would have liked to meet you. Haven't run PLO in months though as far as I know. PLO8 tourny next week though should be fun. Plenty of Detroiters should come down.

PLO has run. Last time I know it ran was a week ago Friday. I heard there were some large winners and losers. The game doesn't run on a fixed schedule, but it does run occasionally. Friday and Sunday are the most likely nights I think, but there is often at least a short list started on some other nights.

I heard that there are a lot of bad players in Toledo. Can anyone confirm this?

We all just sit around playing for the bad beat until some Michigan donks show up. Then the call goes out and tables fill.

Lol toledo room is full of people just giving their money away.

Room is nice. Dealers were understaffed as I heard a dealer say that the scheduler forgot about all the tourneys they had going on, but the dealers were reasonably friendly and competent.

Played the special anniversary deepstack tournament. Fine structure. Skipped a couple levels, but still lasted almost 10 hours for 67 runners, so if it had any of those.levels it would have gone on all night. Color ups were concluded before break ended with one reasonable exception when there was a lot of action going on, even then the chips were all in one location and the bigger denominations hadn't finished being passed out.

Random observation: Hollywood Toledo has the nicest and cleanest bathrooms of any casino I've been to in recent memory. It's a little thing that bizarrely makes you feel better about the quality of the place.

Just curious if any of the locals know what the tournament schedule for this Sunday, June 1rst. The website only has the calendar for May and there's nothing on Bravo yet.
