I'm interested in playing O8 or even limit hold'em more often as long as it's higher than 3/6. I would be willing to play anything 4/8 through maybe 8/16. If you are interested in those games, start the list and let me know.
FYI I heard Peter told a lot of the O8 players to come on Saturday afternoon at 2..."Omaha Saturday"

Bump for this thread. Looking forward to playing some in Toledo this coming month as I'll be heading that way to work on a Congressional Campaign in the area. Was wondering what the buy-in max was on 1/2 & 2/5?

100BBs ($200 or $500) at either game.

Tournaments start Wed. You need a players card to sign up. That's all I know. Don't know buy-ins, structure, starting time.

Daily 10:15, some days 7:15, and 12:15 on Sunday. I heard there would be 100 player cap, but I'm not sure if that's true or if it's for all of the tournaments or only some of them.

I found out morning tourneys are Mon-Fri @ 10:15am, $40 Buy-in. Evening events are at 7:15pm. Mondays are $40 buy-in, Wednesday- $50, Thursdays - $65 and also Sundays -$120 @ 12:15pm. The one on Wed night is a survivor the top 8% of the field will split the prize pool equally

And there is an additional $5 or $10 dealer bonus for each tournament, so the $40 tournaments are realistically $30 + $15. Ugh.

That rake is too high for a small tourney and might bring or keep some tourney regs that haven't left Dollar King back to it.

Tourneys are so soft right now I don't think many have played with antes.

How many runners have the Sunday tourneys gotten in the past two weeks? I know the 2/5 is must move, does anyone know about what time the game starts on Sundays and if they get more than 1 table going?

Had a 1-3 rxr last night with multiple $1000 pots every PLO round. Hope it runs regularly, or just a PLO.

I've been hitting up the 2/5 game here a few times a week for the last few months. Staff and dealers are coming around but still have a long way to go.

Anybody else been playing this game?

I haven't had the chance to play there yet. In Detroit we get 5 to 7 min-buys per 2/5 table. That doesn't happen in Toledo, does it?

I checked out this place on Saturday the 25th. I liked the casino, it was nice to park and walk like 20 steps and be in the casino, not used to that since my home casino is Hollywood Lawrenceburg. We ate at the Scene restaurant in the middle of the casino, food was good, the talent was AA++.

Played 1-2 for a couple of hours (9:30p-11:30p) as I was there with friends and a long session was out of the question. The room was nice enough, I got seated right away. The chairs are not very comfortable at all, and there was no leg room at the table. I sat in the #2 seat, and this would be a problem at 1,2,3,8,9,10 seats, the tables have huge posts, there is nowhere to extend your legs. The waitress service was lacking. The dealers I had in my 2 hours were competent. The play was extremely soft, calling down with small pairs, never raising pre with big pairs. Many players were buying in short. When I'm in the area I will come back for a longer session.
