mgmt must have heard you donkey,i see on the bravo that the royal promo has been changed to $1000 for a flopped royal , $300 for turned and $150 for rivered.

Glad to see it! They're never going to increase business if they don't (1) have better promos and (2) get the word out. I think we'd all agree the busier the room the better. A nearby competitor is giving away $36,000 today! Check their wait lists on Bravo.

Got out here for the first time in a few months for last night. Was sitting at table 4 seat 1 from about 5 to 8 and was just wondering if any of you guys were sitting there. I recognized at least 3 people at my table despite not being there and that long...anyways, hope to be back next Friday for a small session.

How good is the TV viewing in the poker room? I'm looking for a place to watch the NFL Draft on Friday and I'm choosing between Maryland Live and Charles Town. Is it easy to get a decent view of a TV from most places in the poker room? How does it compare with Maryland Live in that regard? Thanks for any help!

There will be fewer games running here than MDL, but you will have no trouble seeing a TV from any table.

You know, they have to schedule something like 200+ events across 7 cities and over a couple month window of time. It is inevitable that some of those events will fall on religious holidays, hallmark holidays, fake holidays, birthdays, etc.

Indeed. Despite multiple attempts to reach Taffyman by PM, he remains unresponsive although he was last logged in today at 2:43pm.

The funny thing is, I brought an extra $100 to the Chuck that Saturday in the event that I was wrong. How naive of me. I figured I'd either pay the bet if I lost or get a massage if I won. I ended up doing neither.

Not likely this month as there is plenty of competition tomorrow from ML and, perhaps to a lesser extent, Delaware Park.

But look for bigger numbers in June. A little birdie told me there would be a) a guarantee (amount TBD); and b) seat giveaways for the event.

For tomorrow, I'll probably be good for 3 or 4 bullets. Tell your friends.
