Yes, I was there a few weeks ago. The outside looks completely done and from what I can see of the inside that looks ready as well. The tent is exactly the same and I assume will be immediately torn down to provide additional parking once the new building opens

I think sendvid caused a pop-up virus. If anyone else has been affected by this, my apologies, I had no idea. I was just looking for an anonymous place to upload the vid and I found sendvid.

What happened was I clicked on the link and it opened and then Adobe Flash wanted to update - I clicked and then went into pop-up hell. I have an apple so it didn't kill anything but it was annoying and took time to remedy.

Thanks and my apologies to anyone who this may have adversely affected.

I clicked and watched the video and didn't have any issues. I believe Adobe put out an 'emergency' update to flash because of some security issues. It is possible your browser picked that up.

Anyway, thanks for sharing the video. I agree with the comments made about lack of marketing. HG is the closest room to me and I had given up on it awhile back but will have to at least stop by and check it out.

They used to advertise on Lakers broadcasts but nobody watches those anymore.

Yeah I was pleasantly surprised walking in to the Gardens. Two quick thoughts: no USB charging in the high limit poker section and the room is located in the farthest end of the casino.

Does anyone know the buyin for their 5/5nl game is? I've heard it's 300-1k but poker atlas says smaller. Also, is there free food for higher games?

They have 3/5 which is $300 buyin, and 5-10 which is $500-$1500.

It's a really nice room. It was packed today. Pretty sure Kenny Tran played at my 3/5 table while he waited for something bigger. He was all decked out in wsop gear lol

Wow, I was really impressed. LA degens definitely don't deserve a poker room like this, but I didn't notice as many degens as I see at the bike or commerce..

This place is huge and is pretty clean.. not sure how long it will take before it starts to look like commerce, maybe 3 years?

There's separate sections for Asian games, hi limit Asian games, lo limit NL poker, lo limit poker, tournament area, and hi limit room.. it can actually be exhausting if you walk around to the different areas..

Seems like the same games/limits from before, but I did see they ran a 40/80 mix game in the hi limit room.. not sure if that ran before, but then again, the last time I went there was ~2 years ago
