My Report: Scale

Parking =
6
Plenty of parking from what I gathered. Very small town casino. Parking is in a flat lot which is kinda tricky to maneuver late night
The State Fair was also going on when I went, so we had to navigate through popcorn stands and ferris wheels. Kinda fun. From what I found, there's no easy place to park close to the Poker Room. There IS a section I saw that led out to a Courtyard attached to the DE State Police? Perhaps there's parking around there? Will need report from another player. So for now, you have to walk all the way to the back of the casino past the table games, hang a left past the Buffet area and wind all the way through like a maze and up escalators.
Waitlist =

Prime time(s), very short average wait list. They have "pagers" that are big and bulky and are shaped like electric cup warmers (Red Lobster?). We actually got paged while in the deli close to the table games. Didn't venture off too far, for fear of losing a signal. There are seats outside the poker room. Sometimes they'll let you sit at an empty table and watch TV, sometimes not. Depends on the time of day I guess? You can also chill in the bleachers of the Racetrack. I like it out there. Peeps go and smoke there too. Nice view.
Cashiers =

I was chip-up'd at my table. Chip-Runner's available. But the cage is at the back of the poker room. Very convenient and no wait.
Floor =

Boss is VERY cool and friendly. Forgot his name. Late night dude. Very cool to talk with while you're waiting. Never saw Floor called once. I equate that to short action and lite gameplay. Room is clean with flat screens and drink/food caddy's. Bathroom's are very nearby in the hallway. Bar is across the hallway. Nice hand sanitizers if you like that thing.
Tables =

I saw about 15-20 tables. Average tables. Nothing really to report here.

Average.
Dealers =

Dealers seemed average. Nothing hot. Here's what I don't like: the Dealer's pool their tips!??? At The DEP, I won almost a $2k perfect storm at the 1/2's and tipped the Dealer $50 the other night. I hate pooled tips. I'm a good tipper. At the H, some dude slow-rolled me Broadway and I had top 2. So I reloaded and felted him and his buddy. Wanted to tip Dealer big, but decided to toss him just a red bird. Oh well!

10% Max $5.00? Plus BBJ. Nothing to write home about.
Gameplay =

24-hours I believe. It's a roller coaster. Rocks and Fish. Limps and suckouts on the 1/2's. Agg pays off. 40+ VPIP's. 2/5's have good action with a bunch of regulars. I dig that vibe. Problematic buy-in at 1/2's: Max buy-in is $200!?? Not cool. They have this strange "Moving Button" rule? There are 2 BB's in NLHE if 1 player busts??? Umm, ok. To this day I still don't understand it. Is that even what it's called? So confused. Ask the Boss. He has a sign that explains it at the desk. Don't freak out at the table. I saw a dude get kicked out because he questioned it, hahahahha.
Wait Staff =

Nice, friendly waitresses. Quick as they don't have a lot of tables to serve. They will also bring menus for food. I had a chicken sandwich once while on wait list and it was pretty good. You have to pay for drinks in DE. Last call limits. If you hate people eating at the table - a lot of players do it at The H! Expect it.

Free Parking. Less than 2-hours from DC. BBJ. Min-Straddles UTG. No hotel report, sorry.
Overall it was a mediocre experience. This was the 1st poker room I visited in DE when they got table games. Went back a couple times until I hit up The DEP. After my fine experiences with The DEP, I probably won't hit up The H anytime soon. But if you like the small town vibe: chum chum! Cheers
