I wanted to make a post about what just happened to me at Harrah's after my last post of almost getting robbed outside of Caesar's to show how they can also be awesome.

I went to the main bathroom at Harrarh's earlier tonight, and walked out to play a little BJ. I pull the contents out of my pocket, and the money is gone. I ran back into the bathroom, but nothing was there. I flag down security and a guy comes up and says he saw a guy pick up a stack wad 100's off the floor and walk off strangely and gave a description.

They went to the tapes, and in under an hour, tracked the guy back to his room and got my $1300 back. I thought i was never getting it back. Pretty amazing work from the staff at Harrah's.

Good job by them and don't wanna victim blame, but you gotta watch yourself/your stuff a little bit better both in AC and NYC...

No, I completely agree. It's my fault I dropped the money. My pockets were really full and my money wasn't secured. The other time was not my fault, though.

One thing about Harrah's game quality, the dealers are great on the whole, but the games themselves are complete nit fests. I guess this is what I get for tier and rewards credit whoring, but I can't help but notice how much better the games are at Borgata.

Harrahs games are actually really good late at night, especially after Pool After Dark parties. Day shift you are completely right - rock garden at its best.

Also, to those who didn't know since it doesn't seem to be posted anywhere... Every Monday this month is 5x tier credits. You can choose 5x rewards credits on Tuesday or Wednesday, your choice. All days this month are 2x tier credits, as well.

Please post stuff like this, if you know about them. If I knew it was 5x TC on Monday, I would've come down.

As someone who cannot play at the Borgata, I welcome this news.

Interesting .. more options to play are always welcome, they will probably do some business. I like the room and hope the 10-20 two way comes back.

Does anyone know if Bally's is doing the same thing? Has anyone been there yet?

You would think Bally's would be easier to open as it's way more spacious than Harrah's.

None of the above - I work for an online casino that uses the Borgata license so even though I do not work for the Borgata, I am not allowed to play there (or online) as per the DGE.
