Since it was a glitch, I thought I would post about it, in case you run into the same thing.
I had the same issue

Room offers are back, however, when looking online, they say to refer to your mailing for specifics. It is ALWAYS better to call and get someone to describe your offers to you, rather than take what's being shown.

I've also found going through VIP helps with bookings. Since all reservation systems are now out of Las Vegas, they have very little info on what may be occurring in Atlantic City, especially with poker players since poker and table games/slots are on two comp systems.

MOST players should be back to two weekday room offers a week beginning after labor day or rated rooms as low as $25.

If this is a joke, it's a good one.

If it's a serious question, then the answer is that the $2 BBJ takeout created a subsidy to the OE players and was one of the reasons the game stayed at Harrah's for as long as it did. There was no BBJ takeout in the OE game but the OE players got payed "rakeback" out of the BBJ funds payed for by the HE players.

I played the 8:15 tourney on Friday night and came in third. It was a fun night, with a lot of good vibes from players. Very pleased. It was only the second tournament I've played in this year after a 3 year absence from poker at all. I've always liked the room at Harrah's and what a great way to come back!

Played at harrahs for a bit Friday and Saturday. Not the biggest fan of this super nl game. My Saturday table didn't play as deep as Friday more like standard 1-2. The reg chipper/chippy whoever was belligerent and had to change my seat away from him. Side note happen to play craps late nite with a 2p2er had a great time I hit a 4 point fire bet.

how hard is it to get comped room offers @ Harrahs compared to Borgata? Borgata is pretty generous when it comes to that, I have no idea about Harrahs or other properties.

nothing really out-of the ordinary besides it being deep stacked around the table. Saturdays game was way less deep and standard 1/2 buyin and play. Most hands had 4 or 5 limped in occasional raise to 7. I'm just not a fan of playing 1/2 deep. I'm sure any decent player can still make it at Super. Good luck

I don't get much from harrahs. I'm in ac every 3 or 4 months for a weekend. With a few hours of poker 100 to 200 at slots and 20 to 35 a roll at craps I get little to nothing. My friend I go with who spends hundreds at the slots gets mailers every week or 2 I think. Comped everywhere but Caesars and typically and have gotten the weekend free before.

I have tried very hard to find a direct phone number or email address but it seems impossible, and risk management is not getting back to me.

They've been running on the weekends. Pay $2 hour and 34 tier credits.

Not bad. And you still need at least 20 hours to get the double comps? And they still doing the 100 hours for $100 rakeback.

Yes, the rakeback promotion is still in place. They have also reinstituted the freerolls for 50 hours of play or more in one month and have changed the daily promotions....no more aces cracked (yea!) Most of the daily promotions involve a high hand among the four properties awarded every hour for $500.

That all sounds good, so the $2 drop does not sound too bad after you get the $100 in rakeback and the freeroll.

Yea, as far as I know, they are still giving bonus comps up to $150 per month. They usually drop into your account around the 15th.

Man the regs must be loving this, now if only if I could get free rooms and have more free days since my weekends are at the Borgata then week work.

Thinking about grinding 200+ hours for a month or two, starting this week. When do people get paid their rakeback?

What did everything think of the girl involved in the chop fiasco during the freeroll with 60 or 70 players left?

?? It's always the right of a player to refuse to chop. What's your issue here?

Biggest question is always who signs for the top spots - and then has to report winnings on their tax forms that they aren't actually getting. First place gets, say, $2,000 but has to report winnings of $10,000. That means that he/she has to pay more in taxes than they actually won.

I'm also wondering how one ever gets 60 people to agree to a chop.

There has to be more to this story, methinks.
