We very much appreciate your interest in our offers and room complimentaries. Your account information was forwarded to our Marketing Team for review and it was found that you have not qualified for new offers at this time. Offers are based on your play as well as your comp usage.
At this time we show that you have used more comps than your play has qualified you for, which in turn has stopped new offers from being sent. Comp evaluation is reviewed every quarter; therefore your account will be assessed again at that time. I apologize for any disappointment that this may cause you.
