Ugh, that "deli" may have been the worst restaurant in any casino, so glad it is gone.

Waterfront Buffet is the mortal nuts.

Might go down Friday night and grind a bunch of hours at 1/2.

In terms of June/July tournaments. Any heads-up tournaments planned?

Kind of agree. While it had great sandwiches, it had a horrible system of ordering. Who wants to do all that at 3 am in the morning? What is the restaurant there now?

Agree on Waterfront buffet. Best in AC IMO

Haven't heard of any layoffs for poker dealers, there is always some turnover of course. Overall, the dealers are very good.

There are some new restaurants. A Mexican place where the Brazilian steakhouse used to be, a new Italian restaurant where the old one used to be, and "Bills Burger and Bar" where "The Deli" used to be.

Might be another that I'm forgetting at the moment.

Good to hear about the poker dealers. I know that a bunch of the Blackjack and other game dealers have either left or have been transferred to other Harrahs props in AC. I would hate to see that for the dealers in Harrahs AC.

Never had that Brazilian steakhouse. Wanted to do that this time around.

Is there any way to check how many hours you played in a certain month so you can see how much progress you've made toward the freeroll tourney?

Played 10 hours last week and want to get another 10 at least this week.

After you complete your next session, you can ask at the poker room desk for your hours, both for session and month.

Yes, they do. I'm not sure what they are - and sometimes availability is an issue.

I saw that as well, but then today it wasn't on the game report (though 15/30 OE was). Not sure if they were just trying out the Borgata or what is going on.
If anyone is a regular and knows the scoop, do tell.

I will be in AC on Sunday at 10 am. Is there any Harrah's casino that will have a 2-5 NL Hold'em game?

And the the game moved back to Harrahs. Talked to some of the Pink chip guys the other day and they explained it moved back to Harrahs because:
  1. Borgata Dealers can't play at Borgata anymore
  2. Borgata keeps allowing different players to change which games are rotated in and out.
  3. Borgata has asked a few of the players to not play at Borgata anymore, due to their involvment in the Harrah's game.

Can't understand why Borgata would do this. They've run the occasional 4/8 & 15/30 HORSE/HOE game. Why mess with a sure thing in the pink chip OE ?
That game is guaranteed to run way more often than the other HORSE/HOE games are. And from the looks of their game reports the last few weeks, they haven't been running at all. If people want to play the other games just play at those limits, and leave pink chip as OE.

They caved in to the 10/20 2-way regulars a couple of years ago and dropped the stud h/l half from that game...

I've been out of town for a while, and came back today to find the pink chip game going full blast at Harrah's. Too tired, really, to ask anybody what was going on. Played 2/5 and did well.

Why would the Borgata keep allowing players to change which games are being played?

Why would the Borgata ask a few of the players to not play at Borgata anymore just because of the pink chip game?

I'm certainly not complaining, but I don't get it.
