At least a rack to start. I never like being short-stacked/all-in in limit games.

Every Tuesday and Friday starting before 8am. If you don't make it before 8am, no need to show up til 1-2pm for a second table to start running.

To whomever asked earlier if it was a rock garden, it is the furthest game possible from a rock garden...

Should be pretty solid adventure especially with mardi gras

Hopefully I can run up some stacks.

Is the 15/30 omaha pot limit or limit?

I would like to get a PLO going but I don't like playing anything bigger than 5/5

Mardi Gras is/ends 3/4..

Will cash games remain 10 handed during WsopC?

Also if anyone can lemme know, considering staying at whyndam garden barrone. Less than one mile from Harrah's. Is there a safe semi direct walking route to and from especially late at night? Thanks

Gave them a call and was told 2/5 games will be and or have been 9 handed, and pot rake no longer time(?) As per what pokeratlas had for info, can still match big stack. Should be some great action but looking for some insight about the public transportation i.e. railcars getting around for when I want to go somewhere to eat etc, how much of a hassle it would be. Thanks again

I stayed at the hilton riverside a few weeks ago when I was done there. It is a par 3 away from Harrahs and I felt safe in that area.

I've stayed at the Homewood Suites over near Saenger Theatre, which is further than where you are staying. I walked from there to Harrahs via Canal St. Main road, lots of lighting. I didnt have any issues either way.

Nice so seems like i shouldn't have a problem or too long of a walk places wether I use railcars or not to get somewhere for a nice bite to eat. How have cash games been in prior stops here? Crazy busy like 15+ 2/5 per night like I see right now at Cherokee or a bit slower?

I've never had issues walking around downtown. I walk everywhere, just be street smart. I'll actually be there in mid may for the Foo Fighters show. Looks like its right in the middle of WSOP time. Hopefully I'll have time to play some as its a short trip for me.

I've never seen 2/5 play the times I've went. Only 1/3 - The biggest 1/3 games Ive ever seen LOL. Pretty crazy watching it.

Hmph, well apparently you can match stacks at 2/5, the same for 1/3? What is Max buyin for 1/3? Pokeratlas had 2/5 info wrong so I won't reference that.

$300 buyin max for a new table that opens. Usually shortly after it opens, someone with a big stack will move onto it. If you get seated in a game thats already open, you can match stacks.

So have cash games been super busy during past circuit events or has it just been meh/not worth taking a short trip for?

Too late to edit last post so sorry for an additional one but there should be enough games during a Sunday thru Wednesday because of the series where I can afford giving up the weekend to save quite a bit on the hotel. Thanks guys

Trying to be location specific here so pardon me for all the posts, but anyone familiar with the convention center area? Booked Hampton inn there and just trying to make sure walking back from Harrah's to that specific area is safe late at night without having to take uber. Thanks a bunch

Curious about the listing for omaha9 on bravo - does this just mean 9 players?

Someone help me get 2/5+ PLO going during the series. Blue hoody, glasses, beard...look like mega-reg but I'm a pretty fun player.

Is there a poker room menu? How long do they give you to step away to eat?

The Lucky dog stand is right there and Mothers (mmm, drippings) is across the street of the closest exit. Don't leave NOLA Without trying both.

At mother's right now. Ordered baked ham, green beans and cabbage with the red beans. Ate cochon butcher for lunch. Left a bit disappointed with the pork belly sandwich but will probably go back to try one other. Got to get to ruby slipper once. Looking for recomedations for best inexpensive with bar seating for dinner. Too many to go thru on Yelp. Preferably within 1 mile of Harrah's. Thanks a bunch

St Lawerence. Its got a little bit of everything and open late. Go there every time I’m in town. Also Toula's Creole Kitchen just behind Doubletree is not too bad.

What are you looking to eat for dinner? Any Brennans restaurant, toojaques (spelling), emeril's places in the Quarter are all topnotch. Good meal at bar but not cheap would be Mr Bs on Royale.

Acme Oyster House and Desiree Oyster bar in royal senesta on bourbon/ are good choices too,
