how soft is horseshoe compared to this place? i know everyone says horseshoe is the better place to play because of rake and more selection of games. but if we're talking about how the games play, would you say horseshoe is softer than this place?

nothing is softer GVC poker, if you cant win here even with a seven dollar rake you need to stay in school and get a job

5/10 goes tues, wed, fri, sat, and sun. 4 of the 5 for sure and 2 games half the time..

Buy ins 1/2, 50-200. 2/5, 200-500. Casino closes at 630 am. Opens at 830 am. No smoke. Illinois does not allow indoor smoking.

This weekend I said "I call" at the river, then I stated my cards and pushed a stack forward. The dealer said I had raised because my stack was double the bet, but me, the villain, and another player said I had stated I call. Floor got called and she ruled that the betting line counts and my raise stands.
I should try it again as an angle and she'll rule the opposite, you cant trust floorpeople.

while I was at the other table last wk, Jackpot around 23K-ish....1/2 game 3 handed, 3 Aces on board ...first guy shows Ace/x for quads, player B had JJ, player C had KK....
under "Elgin rules" the bad beat req Aces full of 10's to lose, but quads need to use a "pocket pair" as part of quads....
so, to review ...
yeah the guy with quads screwed the bad beat just by tabling his cards....
pretty weird and confusing for any player new to the room, ESPECIALLY since their brilliantly funded "high hand" promo states different rules for the $500 bonus before 6 pm, (where the guy's quad Aces can qualify without holding actual pocket Aces to make quads-which again is what you need for a BB qualifier)
