been playing poker here the past 1 1/2 months. hit high hand 3 times. 250$ 1,000$ and 200$ hits. up about 4k all together and best part i did not degen it in the pits yet. The promos are great since it is a small room you actually get the affects of it.

Some of the regs are asses and mean to people but at least they are funny as hell and are entertaining. You do not get the headphones/hoodie/sunglasses player who takes everything way to seriously. Their is always good banter and people actually talk to each other at the table unlike the borg imo.

Starting in Jan The splash the pot is going everyday from 11-7 and 11-11 on wed/sun.

Since their is only 1-3 tables going you are going to get it. Also what people do not realize about splash the pot is that it loosens up the table and has an after effect on the game.

Played the 11am $2500gtd tourney today.. which didn't start til noon because of low turnout. Floor said they need 12 to start or it would be cancelled. Finally got 12 players to start. 2 instances came up in Level 1 and 2 where I caught floor guy pushing back the tournament clock. I look one second theres 15 mins left in the level, a few seconds later i look , and now theres 18 mins left. WTF. That is very slimey IMHO. Trying to allow more time for entries to come in i would assume.
Should I have said something? Is this breaking any rules?

At tournament director discretion. So no it doesn't break any rules. Lucky it ran at all. 12 players start an hr late for a 2500 guarantee. Sounds like a good deal to me. You could ask for your $ back since it's starting late. They would do that.

so the nug. runs a 6/12 ohaaaaamah game on Fridays with the familiar faces that fleeced the Taj crowd and worked the game at Harrah’s. I,m just saying, the Omaha game, the game of Kings ,Dukes, Knights and Squires the world over has a small player pool and has had since the days of the big house. The game is promoted over the phone and comes together magically in a short time with the same cast with one or two swept in.
