Someone posted a picture of a paper with all the restaurants and their updated hours recently and I can not find it. Can someone please post it again? The website is atrocious.

I'm coming in Memorial Day Monday for a few days and had a few questions because its been a while since I've been there.

1 - Did they reopen the buffet?

2 - Any dates on the move and opening of new location for Bingo? (thats what my wife plays)

Entered through Rainmaker entrance to make a sports bet on Monday at kiosk in poker room. What I witnessed was one of the most depressing scenes I could have imagined. From the parking garage, past the poker room and looking down the long hallway that leads to the food court the only person I saw was one guy sitting at the bar inside Hard Rock Cafe. Every other store, bar and restaurant was closed and only a handful of quiet tables running in the spacious poker room along with 4 people sitting at slot machines outside the doors. I felt like I needed antidepressants by the time I got back to my car.

I just consider it a construction zone for now. With all the locked in plans to move, renovate, and build on the rainmaker side no outside business is going to lease a spot and foxwoods isn't going to put anything temporary. But you are correct, it's pretty uninviting.

BBJ could have hit last night, but player who would have made runner-runner royal folded to a flop bet.

To me the most depressing thing is the parking garages at both m and fw... they might as well put up a bathroom sign.

I don’t mind the pot smoke in there but I’m sure it pisses off a lot of people.

The next couple of 4x tier days are Memorial Day and Father’s Day.. it’s almost like they know the exact 2 days where I’m expected to be elsewhere lol

I guess more changes coming... David Burke is out, even though they still use his name. After spending part of a day trying to call to make a reservation for 8, where nobody answered the phone, I send out this tweet to Burke & Foxwoods. Looks like the group that runs Caputo is running both as it says on the website that they are sharing the same executive chef. I also checked with a friend of mine over there and she told me that they are trying to keep it quiet.

I knew it was the same company running both but assumed it was Burke.

My comped rooms have dried up. Assuming that's seasonal?

Does anyone know if there are still NYC Chinatown or Flushing buses that run to foxwoods? any info?

Foxwoods needs to allow you to cash out draft kings app at the casino.. it’s probably in the working but seems like an obvious thing to do.

I was just looking Flexible Dates Calendar and I found NO comped rooms through the end of July. The cheapest I'm seeing is $159 a night at Great Cedar. DAMN!!!

Wow foxwoods had 2x points and credits for Thursday June 9th and is now saying it was a glitch in the system and literally took back pts from everyone’s accounts.

I literally scheduled my week around this promo and even played slots and pit games I wouldn’t normally play bc of the promo.

This feels like a slap in the face by foxwoods.

I’m sure people are pissed.

I played Wednesday night and noticed today my account was short 40 points from Thursday morning when I checked. That explains it I guess... I mean I guess

Wow so I just noticed we got an email about the correction but they reference pointzilla running too long as the reason for the error. But it was a 2x tier and point day Thursday and it was listed on their site and bravo. Even earlier today it still listed the date JUne 9th and then after the email they made sure to update bravo and their website so there’s no evidence of the 2x point day or whatever. I noticed they left my 2x tier credits but took the points back around 55 pts too.

Poker room was packed yesterday too…

So fw gets all this extra action and just says whoops mistake in the system.

Nothing comped for me until January 2nd

I noticed this. I played a long session (and lost) specifically due to the alleged promotion.

That’s messed up on another level and borderline an angle by foxwoods.

Another thing foxwoods has that grinds my gears…

Maybe it’s a numbers thing based on its size but this poker room has a handful of absolutely miserable regs.

I could name (but I won’t) 3-4x maybe more guys that are so bad for the game. They make everyone uncomfortable and they’re super nits who will berate losing plays. It literally feels like 2007 when these guys play.

There’s one guy in particular that doesn’t even play in games I play in but he literally walks around the room being the most miserable human I’ve ever come across.

When I do once in a while get seated at his table he is always doing this routine of being miserable passive aggressive attacks on things.

They play super nitty I literally fold to any and all their raises. The one time I coolered one of them it took me having JJ 3b! And getting flatted by KK and then I proceeded to win the min w top swt which was a 200 river over bet bc he refused to bet flop or turn. Just showing how bad for the games these players and one player is in particular.

The floor should just ban this guy. I’ve never felt stronger about banning someone for not actually breaking any rules.

Can you ban someone that broke no rules? Couldn’t it be like backing off a bj player that was winning too often.

The craziest part is that there are bunch of similar mis regs who berate people all day long. And I’m not talking about a one time berating fish when you got unlucky. It’s every hand all the time misery.

Haven't been here in forever but they can ban anyone for any reason that isn't a protected class. In fact being an Indian Casino they can basically do whatever the hell they want. You mentioned banning BJ players- the stuff Indian casinos get away with in a lot of places with regards to literally stealing from APs is disgusting. Now the question is does anyone at Foxwoods actually care about the guys you mentioned.

You JJ hand actually sounds like what NLHE has become. A torturous game where everyone wants to bet tiny and slow play sets. Real fun for people who want to gamble.

Last time I was at FW let's say in 2019 the regs were so miserable. Like it wasn't a pleasant experience to be there at all. You could just tell they were all jackpot hunters who sit there all day every day complaining.
