If you need 100 dealers one day a month (let's say 10 in the early AM, 65 in the swing, and then 25 in the PM), while the other ~30 days you only need 40 (10, 10, 20) maybe it's not worth the labor cost just to increase your monthly profits by ~2%.
Even if you can make the math work for 100 and 40, there has to be some two numbers A and B to where it would not. And if B keeps going down, well, there ya go.
BTW, will they at least get any foot traffic in the new room? (Not that I care, in three weeks the woods of Connecticut will be a fond memory, unless the setup in Everett is completely sideways.
