Has Foxwoods ever run a 1/2 or 2/5 uncapped game (no limit on buy in)? I know they run them in Vegas and do quite well. I played a private one and it was a lot of fun. Just curious.

When the poker room was upstairs back in 2006-2009 they actually did have a 5-5 uncapped. Never played it, but was playing back then and game looked crazy. Lot of eventual crushers made their way at it - V Selbst, A Jacob.

Yes they expanded to 24 tables max. It might be the only thing in the entire resort that is ahead of mohegan. They're behind in just about everything else.

They've cornered the market on limit games. Lots of stud and the 4/8 LHE goes every day, unheard of pre-pandemic.

The Juniors coffee bar is now open on the days that the Fox Tower is open. Foxwoods has informed Juniors that the Fox Tower pool will be open this summer, so that Juniors can staff up again to manage the food and drinks for the pool. So I wonder if they plan on reopening the indoor pool at Grand Pequot.

Damn are they really gouging people. I went to book 5/30 & 31 because of the 4X tier credit and they are giving me weekend rates for a Sunday and a Monday. Other days are free. They probably didn't open any free rooms for Gold members.

Room offers are based on your play/action you give the house NOT the color of your card.

I get free rooms now but they only show up 1 to 5 days before. My discount is usually only $9 off casino rate prior to those last few days.

Gold extra 10%
Platinum extra 15%
