I made a pilgrimage to FW yesterday. How has it become acceptable to take $3 out of a pot at $10 ($2 on flop and 1 for promo)? And then I'm supposed to tip these dealers I know pretty well?

No thanks.

As acceptable as taking $2 out of $6 pot, I would submit.

This is comforting to hear. The information was given to me by someone who lives there but just confirmed does not drive to casino. This makes a ton of sense. Thank you.

So today starts the new tier period, and for the past few periods many people who were close to getting their next tier but fell short were given the upgrade anyway. But so far I have not heard of a single person who got that done today. Many are wondering if they're just not doing it this time, or if it's being delayed, or what. Did anybody get a free bump, or know of anyone who did?

FWIW, Encore Hotel room rates are $139 on Weekends and I believe $99 per night during the week plus resort fees & taxes. 6 hours per day poker play required. Going to Vegas for four nights in a Month but don’t Feel inclined to sit at a poker table 6 hours a day. If room-mate played that would count toward the hourly requirement, but unfortunately he doesn’t play.:

It’s a nice leather chair. The guy who is sitting in it says it’s super comfortable. I don’t know why they didn’t get ones with wheels

There's been a few of those that wandered down to the dungeon. They don't feel any different than the current chairs, they're slightly lower, and the bar that goes around the legs is annoying.

Yes. Basically the area on left at the top of the escalator is sectioned off

It’s been vacant the two times I’ve been there to peak in.

My guess is that similar to Mohegan’s new room the opening date won’t be determined by the completion date of the room but rather the completion of the room will be determined by the opening date they decide upon.
