No, weekday rooms. I thought they may place precedent on weekday play in the allocation of comped rooms as they're lower traffic.

So we all have until 3/31 to maintain our cards. If I earn enough credits on my Valentines Day trip to maintain, would playing on 3/25 be a waste of time? Aren’t they going to reset the tier credits to zero on 3/31? Does anyone know?

Do SNGs ever actually run there? I heard one fire while I was playing in a daily event Saturday but never remember them being announced any time I've gone in the last few years. Would enjoy playing some every now and then.

SNGs haven't really been running. You may have some luck getting on going on a weekend, but with the high hand promos, etc., you won't see one during the week.

If your sole purpose for going on that day is tier credits, than yes, it would be a waste of time for you.

I was talking with a Reg old-timer yesterday. He told me that he went to get gas at the Mobil station. Swiped his players card and received a card reader error. Tried it a second time, error again. Got an attendant, card error again. When checking his points later, his account had been depleted of all points. Mobil station said there was no way to credit back his points, and Foxwoods told him there was nothing they could do. It will hopefully get worked out, but amazingly poor customer service to tell him there' nothing they can do.

Same guy told me he had a comped room at Fox Tower. When he received his credit card bill, he had a $50 charge. When questioned what the charge was for, Foxwoods told him it was for a no-show fee at Two Trees. He couldn't possibly have obtained a comped room at two separate locations for the same night. Only when they checked their records and determined that he had checked in at Fox Tower did they refund the charges.

I stayed at the Fox Tower about a month ago, and used my points for deposit for incidentals. I suspected that my account seemed short by 100 after checkout the next day......still low a week later. When I checked in a week later, I requested that they check my account history because I didn't think my deposit was credited back to my account. They confirmed that they did appear to be hungup and had not been credited back to my account.

Moral of lengthy story. Be careful and closely monitor your points and credit cards when dealing with Foxwoods.

Yes they have been screwing up more and more. Has happened to me a few times in the past year, points or charge refunds getting stuck in limbo. The place is really going downhill.
