So I bagged 7 bbs and shoved 1st hand on Day 2 with A5, beat 44. Ran real good when blinds got big with AA vs. AK type situations. Played a real experienced tourney guy heads up and was sooooo close to picking off his big bluff with Ace-high that would've given me a 3-1 chip lead. I've thought about that hand about a hundred times today, lol.

Three hours later I had a super-strong read that was wrong and bluffed off 4 mill...down to chip and chair I won 3 straight all-ins and was an AdQd vs. JJ flip away from regaining chip lead. Was a blast for sure and considering how happy I was to not be bubble boy and get that $387 in profit I'm pretty stoked with 30k

Does anyone know if DirectTv is in the poker room or anywhere else? Or is the channel "BeIn Sports" available anywhere in the casino? I want to watch the USA-Honduras game on wednesday but I don't get the station here, so a nice excuse to spend the day at Foxwoods. They used to have GolTv in the hotel rooms and BeIn replaced that on a lot of systems, so hopefully they got it.

This annoys me beyond belief. Why the hell is that game on beln? How does fox world or espn not pick it up? Its not on the Spanish stations?

Anyways if they had goltv and beln replaced that then I would assume they have beln now. Direct tv appears to carry that channel. I have made weird requests on the tv and the floor isn't too aware of where to find stuff. They will give u the remote and let u find it. Guess I will not be watching it. :-(

I know it is 620 on DirectTv, but was not sure if that wa son in the poker room. The hotel rooms seem to have it's own cable system so I don't know if BeIn is on.
As far as for why BeIn has the rights, it's owned by Qatar and they are basically just throwing money around. They launched the network and bought a ton of rights by overbidding and ESPN and Fox decided to say FU you guys can lose money. Fortunately, the EPL decided to take less money an awarded the rights to NBC because they have a much bigger network and the big clubs want to get all the exposure they can.
Anyway back on topic, I will be down and will check around, if nothing else I am sure High rollers has it, and if all else fails I'll go up to my room and watch it on a crappy internet stream.

Self-park adjacent to (under) GP is closest, but valet at front door of hotel is even closer, and free....

Fees at the cage are outrageous. Unless you can waive the fee with your tier card, going to the cage should be a last resort.

Dead tired, just WON The $400 6max imo, was pretty hilarious. it ended at 5 am, so crazy, structure was unreal deep the whole game. We got hu, and i was playing a terrrible player, limped in every hand, never bluffed, folded to like 80% my Cbets. SOmetimes he just auto shoved allin for 2M at 20 40k. Of course im never chopping.

We got hu like dead even in chips, i then took 2 hours blinding him away 40k a hand, until i had him 2 to 1 in chips. i won 11 straight hands it was sick lol. then he finally shoved over a minraise when i had KK and his A4 got there....Now he had me 3/2 about, so we played anyother hour or so and i decided i cant open for 100 and 150k every hand, get called Cbet 200k and win like everypot, so then i had the chiplead in notime again, actually had him 2:1 in chips again. then he said he was real tired... I Said theres just no way i can ever chop. He limped in for 50k at 25 50k, i shoved him allin with AQ and he calledoff 1.5M more, he got there, i shook my head and was like, yeah i run horrible i shoulda chopped and won a few grand more. He then said"hey ill still chop with you" he had me by a milly or so, im like"well i cant turn that down"

and now i go to sleep, been up 29 hrs, might do the 2 day $400 on thursday, depends if i can get a plc
