I can't imagine anyone getting upset if someone takes a redbird off the table ...however, I would definitely say something if I saw someone removing significantly more than that off the table.

Added: Also lindsford is Teddy, a big loud jamaican who most know for playing fast loose, and quite loudly.

So from the above, it seems like even during tournaments mixed games don't run, let alone 2-7 or badugi, right?

I believe badugi is not an approved game in FW.

Wow, I find it pretty hard to believe anyone could actually think this is okay even if they were completely new to the game. Did he actually seem believable when claiming ignorance?

Also I will be staying at the woods this thurs-sunday during mega stacks, if anyone is interested in getting the 8-16 HORSE going at some point over those days PM me. Will prob spend majority of my time playing 2/5 and 5/10 nlhe but I love mixing it up with some HORSE and I never see it running so would definitely be willing to start it with a few people (or even hu although I doubt floor would call it for a couple people) and try to get it going.

Adding or subtracting chips while in a hand is a lot more serious than going south between hands..... I have seen this attempted a few times.

Well the floor actually impressed me this evening. There was a player who kept making snide comments directed at me. It started after I was involved in a cooler, set over set and was putting my headphones in, to listen to music, to clear my head. He makes a comment about putting my phone away and I simply said that I didn't wish to speak about it right then.
He then made numerous snide comments which included calling me a bitch.
When I left, I decided to just let the floor know, perhaps spurned on by his parting comments. I was only expecting them to speak to him but they actually asked him to leave. For once( or maybe twice) they did the right thing.

Sounds like a swell guy. Glad to see they actually did something about it. Usually I see people get away with those type of comments. The one time I did see them throw someone out was when a guy said a racial slur.

I heard one guy say to his friend that he snuck out of his house while his wife was sleeping, if she's up he'll split the money with her, if not he'll keep it. Loser got 50K, winner 25K an the table split 25K-3125 a piece. It was Royal over Quads as it was told to me.

What I have the biggest gripe with is people that bring their girlfriends/wives (not being sexest, but its always women I see) that sit in a chair right over their shoulder like they are attached at the hip. Are there no rules in having 10&1/2 people at a table? I find it incredibly distracting and I can't believe I'm the only person who finds in annoying. Is there a rule about this, or do I need to be the dick to point it out to the floor?

hey, my girlfriend is dying to come down and watch me play. I keep telling her guys are pigs and will gawk at her and its not fun to watch someone else play. I like the lady that comes down and watches her husband (i believe) and knits. She's very content doing that.

You would be a dick to the other 9 players who are drooling at the opportunity to exploit this advantage. A player with his girl draped over him is not in an optimal position and pretty easy to take advantage of.

As a female, I have to say that this would be the most boring ****ing time ever. How these girls do that, I have no idea.
I also find it very annoying. When you cannot walk comfortably inbetween the tables because someone is just sitting there is wrong. Plus they are usually sitting in a way that you have to be extremely vigilant about how you open your cards.
