This was a 1st for me! Im playing in the 2/5 PLO game when a dealer from upstairs gets in the box and clearly does Not know how to deal or even pitch the cards! After the 2nd disastrous hands we all (everyone at the table) tip her a $1 and we all walk away from the game for her 1/2 hr shift.... The floor does get us a different dealer and we went back but honestly should it have come down to that????

2/5 PLO is a pretty big game for someone like to that to deal. Why don't they just stuff her at some low limit game?

And how exactly did she not know how to pitch the cards??? Trying to picture this in my head lol

Not if one of the players talked to a floorperson first.

I got the same stuff he did. TT is free (MGM/GP/GC are $49) M-Th in November. Two nights free per week on all Hotels in Dec Sun-Th!
I played a couple of long days (8-12 hours) back in the summer. Got for rooms until November. It seems like it takes a few months to take effect. Also, I stayed one night at TT back then and paid with points, which I think they love if you use points for rooms and stuff.

Wow I really wish I had come down tonight. PLO madness tonight, 1/2 and 2/5 running with long lists on each! Hopefully the action keeps up next month when I got my rooms.

I went two weeks in a row this month for the first time in a while. I got the 15 qualifying points both times. Played mostly 1/2 and some blackjack/spanish 21. They usually offer free rooms every winter. I just got the 30th and 31st at MGM for Halloween comped. Got TT only Sun thru Thurs. for November and December.

I really hate playing 1/2 there early in the week with the same grinders who may or may not play together.... but whatever.

LOL We did but the floorperson was from upstairs and had No clue what we were even complaining about! Thats when we asked for the shift supervisor and after 15mins he did get us a new dealer! The rotation of dealers after were all experience dealers which made the game run smoothly.... I thought it was a great game with lots of action hope to play again very soon

My friend who hasn't been to Foxwoods in 5 years came down last month to meet me. He played 1-2 cash for 2 hours and 20 minutes of pai gow poker for small stakes. This month I told him to check his rewards and he has free rooms all month a bunch of giveaways. Solid reward system Foxwoods.

Well, i think it'd be stupid of them not to offer him rooms.

Softness of average 1/2 NLHE vs. PLO. I would imagine there are way more fish at NL since its the game on tv but I would also assume an average competent NL player is less exploitable than the same caliber PLO player. Thoughts?

Us plo players stink, just looking to give money away. Stay away from no limit, players are too tough. Last week someone mentioned no limit was unbeatable at foxwoods.

PLO is full of below average play, but the PLO8 200 game takes the cake. 1/2 is beatable if you keep away from the 2-4 decent players at every table.
