I'll be down there tomorrow with a buddy of mine. I typically just play $1-2NL. I was thinking about doing the $60 Turbo Tourney at 9a.m. but the payouts aren't that great from what I gather. You need to get top 3 to make any decent cash.

Yah pretty much crapshoot tournaments. I played the Monday 9am 60+20 addon so it gave you 10k in chips....made it a little better. In this tournament only top 3 cashed, so it was decent money for cash like 3-400 for 3rd 800 for 2nd and 1k+for first.

Running like aids in 4/8. Only played like 8 hands in 4 hrs. One of them was AA that lost to QJ for a rather large pot. Only down 50 so far tho. There's some open 4/8 seats if anyone wants the torture.

played the 6PM 120 last night, it was fun. I think the extra 5K chips helps and even though overall the structure is crappy, it's a 120 dollar donkament what do you expect. I feel like I at least had more a chance to accumulate chips after the first break at 200-400.... with the xtra 5k starting stack after the first break I was sitting at 22K, instead of like 13k-15K that I normally have, so I was able to maneuver a little bit more so I mean not a huge difference but like i said, 120 bucks its a good time.

Played 1/2 Omaha Hi/LO....let me tell you something, it's so dumb that this game goes all the time but they can't get a friggin 10/20 O8, or a 10/20 O.E game. Seriously, 1/2 pot limit but these nits wont play 10/20. I ended up making 100 in the game over 3 hours even though I made some fundamental mistakes. there were a couple huge pots between 2 regs which was fun.

Also, WTF is up with ONE table of 10/20 Hold em and a list of like 14 people. AWFUL.

Yea, I was up there too. Structure was at least a little better to the turbo format they use to run at 6pm on Sat, then just changed it starting last night. It still turns into a shove fest 2-2.5 hours in at the 400-800 or 600-1200 levels if you haven't got dealt any hands for the first 2 hours.

I wish we could get the 10/20 OE or a 10/20 O8 but it seems to me there's just not enough players... That is why we can't get a HORSE game going either but I will always be willing to play any mix games

I was there Sat and one of the 3 players that walked over to table when they called the 10/20 OE but we did not play... Then they called the PLO8 and we played that.... I was in seat 2 played for a couple of hours

Start games short-handed. There is no other way to get games going. Good things come to those who start games.

I'll be there Thur-Fri and would love to start HORSE or any other mix game around 15-30 or 30-60 level.

Does the 5-10 LHE still run reguarly? If so does it still have the kill? And either way how has that game been lately? I find 4-8 to generally be very soft, and was considering moving to 5-10.

I generally am a $1-2 NL player but when I go on a downswing I like to play 4-8 LHE to ease the bankroll pain of running bad. However I feel like I'm a good enough LHE player to beat 5-10 if its relatively soft. And if it is, I might just make that more of my main game.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Also add PLO into the mix? Make it a real poker game. . .doubt it will get going ill set the stakes low say 4/8? just to get this game going on its foot anyone down?
