If this is true which in having a hard time believing....that's redic.

its just hard to believe that much money would stay on the table and not leave. And they wouldn't bump the game up.

Ill be back Mon. So maybe ill get some truth to it.

If it is....I need to start playing weekends from now on.

Two more points:

1) the box office opens at 11am, and tickets can only be picked up on the day of the show. You can go several hours early to avoid the last minute lines for tickets.

2) generally you choose your seats when you pick up tickets, so you may want to bring your relatives with you if they are picky about seats. However, this Ice show is in the MGM ballroom, so it may be general seating.

It is tough to hit though. It is something like quad 8s or better getting beat.

It's been hit 4 times in the 5 or 6 months it's been going.

Foxwoods Poker Classic - the 1500$ tourney on Saturday is held in the Grand Ballroom?
Where is that?,
Whats the best place to park (Usually I go the rainmaker garage for the poker room)?
If I show up at 10:30 will I be shut out?

Thanks,
Lurshy

Head down the long hallway with the shops.
Just after the newsstand you hit a big escalator, go down and the ballroom is to the left down the hall a little.

Negative. That's the Sunset Ballroom, which is being used for the Titanic exhibit.

The Grand Ballroom (where the tournaments are being held this time) is right outside the Pequot casino. Park in the Pequot Garage, it's the closest.

Anyone know about limit games? I'll be going soon for 2 days Mon-Thurs, was wondering which nights (if it matters) were more active for limit holdem, horse, OE, whatever.

The Grand Ballroom is next to the Golden Dragon restaurant.

limit holdem runs regularly 2/4 - 20/40 runs almost constantly, with an occasional 40/80 if there is an interest list.

10/20 or lower HORSE usually runs when there is interest for it, there seems to always be a 75-150 OE game going as well as some other random limit games, foxwoods is a limit heavy card room (IMO) so you should be able to play what your interested in. also 1-3 and 1-5 as well as higher stud games run regularly as well.

Anyone interested in Mix games this is the place to be !!! There was a 10/20 HORSE, 30/60 mix, 40/80 OE and a 75/150 mix all running for the last 2 days...

Also: 10/20 and 20/40 LHE both with 2 tables (all day) and a 40/80 running last night.

The satellites were barely running... No to sure what that means for the Main event ??

Depends what you mean by satelite. Do you mean the Acts? They've been calling out $120/230 "satelites", but they're really just SNGs that pay top 2 each $500/1k cash.

Also during the $200 shootout in the ballroom, an Act 4 was going on there, so they might all be happening in the ballroom and not the poker room... if so that might be why they appeared to not be going.

Just out of curiosity, how much does one need to accumulate in order to be eligible for hotel room comps? I am just curious, since I found out about Mohegan's package yesterday and wanted to know how Foxwoods compares.
