I didn't make the point clearly but I meant they are getting worse as the whole room is. I am surprised seeing that two new casinos will be opening soon.

Was just saying, you realize that the same pool of dealers usually scatter to a new property. So you'll see a lot of Foxwoods/Mohegan/Twin River dealer flock to MGM and Wynn when they open

Are you coming back? That would boost the average quality of the dealers.

90% of the dealers have been there 5+ years. I haven't noticed any dropoff in performance and from my travels around the country the Foxwoods dealers and operations are in the top tier of all the rooms which I mention every time I return from a room in the Midwest, Vegas, Texas, or Florida as it is that noticeable. Where will Wynn and MGM be acquiring all of these perfect dealers and floor personnel?

Not sure what poker rooms you are referring to but I play every room in Vegas, SoCal and AZ and floor and dealers there blow Foxwoods away. It's not even close.

Not for MGM Springfield.
I've thought about it when Wynn Boston opens up, but can't find anything on the progress of construction.
And it most likely wouldn't be for poker, it would be table games.

Anyone playing the bounty turbo this Sunday 2pm?
Have anyone played this tournament before? Seems like a huge stack to start with.
I love those deepstack MTT and love the bounties since I’m aggressive player.
Would love to hear what you guys think, trying to get back into the swing of MTT live

IME newly opened poker rooms have the most inefficient dealers. They usually fall into 3 categories:
1: Rusty dealers who've been out of work for awhile and are reacclimating themselves to the profession.

2: Casino workers transitioning from other table games

3: Newbies fresh out of dealer school

Understandably it takes them a few months to hit their stride.

Disgruntled patrons impatiently awaiting the forthcoming grand openings are in for a rude awakening.

I'm not so sure that this will be the case at Wynn in this particular market. When Wynn opens they will have dealers applying from 16 already matured rooms in CT, NH, and in Springfield, MA that are currently operating in the market which doesn't even account for those from other parts of the country.

They have no reason to choose to hire newbie dealers or those who haven't been dealing poker unlike a newer market that isn't yet established.

And dealers from his property in Vegas will be transferring.

This cracks me up as well, folks have a limited exposure and don't see how good they really got it.
Foxwoods is far above many other rooms in dealers, management and operations . its a shame as some of these rooms could be really great but management lets the slackers run the coop.

Did anyone else level up their card on April 1st despite being a little short on tier credits? I was about 95% to become platinum and was given the upgrade anyway.
