The Florida Department of Parimutuel Wagering just issued their annual report for fiscal year 2012-2013 (ended June 30, 2013):

Some interesting facts from the report (all figures are for the licensed FL cardrooms, which does not include any of the Indian casino poker rooms):
There were 24 operating cardrooms (25 licensed), with 810 licensed tables.
Total FL cardroom revenues for the year: $132,690,415, highest ever (up from $131,447,663 the previous year).
Total taxes and fees paid by the cardrooms to the state: $14,079,045
This exceeds the total state revenues collected for the year from the parimutuel racing handle: $13,200,709
Top six cardroom earners for the year (gross poker revenues):
Cardroom - Cash Game Revenues - Tournament Revenues - Total
Jacksonville Kennel Club $13,652,297 $963,863 $14,616,160
Palm Beach Kennel Club $12,181,280 $999,460 $13,180,740
Isle Casino and Racing $11,274,656 $1,509,801 $12,784,457
Daytona Beach Kennel Club $9,779,392 $633,680 $10,413,072
Derby Lane $7,938,803 $767,955 $8,706,758
Flagler Dog Track $7,571,713 $13,410 $7,585,123
This gives a good view of where and what the poker action is (excluding the Indian casinos).
Just for kicks, guess what the total state revenues for the year are from the slot machines at the six Racinos in South Florida:
