You will find the 1/2 NL game at FK much better than MCC. The BI is deeper at $400 max which can create some tables with lots of chips on them even when the 2/5 game is running.

The 2/5 game is deeper but can run a bit slow at times, just like MCC, especially when a 1/3 PLO is running at the same time.

1/3 PLO is 'match the stack' so things can get interesting in a hurry when it's running. I'm not sure right now, but usually it runs Thursday to Sunday.

Cash should be VERY GOOD this Sunday through about 7 PM with the tournament running.

The player pool at FK isn't as deep at 1/3 or 2/5 but this 'allows' the 1/2 action to be that much better as it can be the only game running on certain days at certain times. Check out the Bravo App to keep an eye on what's running. GL

5th Sunday $400 tournament this weekend at Noon!! 25K at 30 minute levels I believe.

I'm guessing they will hit 300 entries this time around. Each player may re-enter once if they bust before late registration closes ... Level 6 or 7 I think.

This tournament will probably run past 10 PM for sure and cash will be great from 300 to 700 as well. See you down there ... GL

How is FK on Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving)? Is it dead? Or is it great? Thinking about going down that day or the Saturday after.

What about the biggest bar night of the year, the Weds before T-day? Is FK busy then, or dead?

$400 was a bit down at under 230 entries but was still a good tournament. Final table went past Midnight and the winner took home around $18K. I think they adjusted the pay scale a bit from previous as the min cash was about 2.5x. I had heard that a min cash from the last couple barely covered the entry and that's possibly why attendance was down this time around.

Speaking of the winner ... it was his first tournament ever!! Nice take and I don't think he knew (or trusted) how a chop worked so he just went on to win it all!!

1/2 cash games were very active. The 2/5 was a bit slow until a couple of tournament bustouts sat down later on, but the table broke around Midnight I think. PLO was short handed (3-5 handed) after about 3 hours but lasted longer than the 2/5 did.

Hard for some to concentrate with a busy day of sports (including WSOP ME poker) on the TV screens. GL

Check out the new $80 tournaments on Friday and Saturday nights!! Look at Bravo or the FK website for more information. All these new dealers need hours!! GL

Have kept hearing good things about the cash play here lately ... even on a Wednesday night last week there was a whale or two wondering around. Of course Th-Sun have been good as well.

Never too early to start planning for the $400 event in January ... on the 5th Sunday. GL

BBJ is almost $50K again!! Remember to show your hand. One reg was so upset about losing to quads that he slam mucked his hand ... not realizing it was a AAAQQ.

Nothing posted about a 2017 'Tournament of Champions' series as of yet. Ask at poker desk or check on Bravo.

5th Sunday $400 BI is not too far away ... GL

Yes .. Doing well .. I was there all day Sunday for cash and tournament and really didn't have an issue with any of the new dealers. 290 entries into the 5th Sunday tournament paid $22k up top!

BBJ was over $60k ... room share kicks in at $75k.

I didn't read the tournament handout but was told that they do have the 'same' TOC set up for their in-house tournaments this year. Most tournaments have increased chip stacks as well.

Cash was great ... of course some complaints that only 1 cash table was running for the first few hours of the tournament but I don't see any need to more the tournament to the Bingo room or anything like that. The largest complainer ended up playing cash until 3:00 am anyway!! GL

BBJ is near $70K ... Room share at $75K ... This is a pretty large amount for this room. Only AAAJJ beat by quads or better. GL

As of the 20th it was still only a 'table' pot at $72K plus. Get there soon if you want to be greedy and not share or let it go up and fold your way to a room share due to increased traffic. GL

Don't drive up there just for the BBJ ... It's a great room with plenty of poker to offer. GL

Last there I was I dropped $200 ... I was doing okay until some Manics sat down... I find playing against Manics hard and seem to always lose to them.. (I think these were reg manics, not whales,) Maybe I just suck...

Yay but a room Share BBJ makes the 2 hour drive more enticing

Sorry to hear about that. The issue with maniacs is that you really need to be committed to your chips when you even consider getting involved in a hand with them. Take advantage and make your value bets higher for them than the rest of the table in order to 'charge' more.

The nice thing about FK is that you can pretty much get a table change in less than 20 minutes. You need to be comfortable when playing .. don't worry about taking yourself out of a spot that you really don't wan to be in the middle of. GL

as of monday, the BBJ was finally over 75k.. i hadnt been to the room since aug 15' , but they did have a must move table, which i started at and it sucked, since our table was always short with usually having 4 or 5 players... but oh well, the table broke and went to a new table and instantly doubled up lol... then got back to even on another hand... and ended up leaving +600 for the day.. i dont know if any of you was there monday but i was sitting at table 16, in seat 7...

Nothing like a good table change!

I've never really heard of them implementing a 'must move' for 1/2 NL .. or were you playing something else? GL
