There are dealers moving from across the country and even the world to come to MA, but it is a gamble on their part. Who knows if Encore Boston will pan out to be as busy as we all hope it will be (not just out of the gate, but 5-10 years from now). Who knows what the average employee will personally experience for quality of life in the area. Good luck to those that moved and I hope the good dealers in CT and NH continue to improve and prosper despite (or as a result of) the new competition.

Ok maybe not “better themselves”
But in this industry, you have to do what you gotta do.
Going there day 1 instead of bashing the place, is already giving them seniority down the line.
I used to work in CT and took a gamble and took a job at TR back 6 years ago.
I took a gamble and moved to Vegas 3 years ago. And now I’m taking another gamble and going somewhere else....
You either keep going with the times, or get stuck with the times. Some have chosen to stay, but they should refrain from bashing the place or others who are willing to take a chance at a change!
