I signed up for the red card on the first day and have been using it pretty regularly. Is there a way I can check how many points I've accumulated online, or is there somewhere at the casino where I'm supposed to do this? I have the card with the number written on it, but don't see an option to enter the number in the rewards section of the website

Ask at the desk where you sign in for the wait list. They can check for you.

Awesome thanks. I just dug through my wallet and realized I can't find the card itself, but they'd be able to check through my driver's license too, right?

They have a kiosk right near the bathroom that u can put ur license in and it'll print you a new red card on the spot. I don't know if they can check directly via your license since they swipe the card to check.

The poker room is down to 2 draft beers available and no call liquor, just well liquor. Only a matter of time till the Perrier bottle water disappears.

The Encore Everett is the ugly step sister of the Wynn Resorts brand.

It's the dead of winter...it's not a holiday week. If you gave me a calendar to pick the slowest day of the year for a poker room, I would circle this day. Idk what the point is of pointing it out. It's still the most trafficked poker room in New England at the moment and has been since it opened with the best game selections.

Just to let you know, at 5pm it was about 40 degrees out, with windchill of 30 degrees. If you can't handle a beautiful day like today in New England, you're living in the wrong place.

Besides, it's not like someone is walking 2 miles thru snow drifts and nor'easter wind chills to get to the Encore. We got things like cars, and public transportation to get us here.

Encore currently has 28 tables compared to a combined 25 tables at Foxwoods and Mohegan. So....Even if it is slower than one might expect, does it really matter, if you're comparing to Connecticut?

Borgata Winter Poker Open is running, I'm guessing a lot of players made their way there, so it makes sense that Encore is slower than usual.

Haven't seen or heard anything about the February series Encore was planning. Hopefully it will bring in some crowds. Still hoping for Big O to run here...

Does anyone know what’s up with the rideshare now taking up the right lane of the garage entrance? I was last here on the 7th and it was not like that, but arrived a little before noon and the traffic pattern was a mess and it was barely busy yet. Is this temporary?

It's a freezing cold Friday in New England and there's 42 Cash game tables and another half dozen tournament tables up and running at the Encore in Everett MA.

I guess New Englanders are a heartier lot than jpsychlady gave them credit for yesterday.

A $1000 high hand promo every half hour can get a lot of poker players to venture out to their car, crank the ignition key and heat on, and drive to the Encore. If this was the horse and buggy era, it might be a different story.
Thank goodness for the invention of the combustion engine.

Yesterday, when it was 40 degrees outside, and you were insinuating it was too cold for New Englanders to venture out to the Encore, which is why you think it was a slow poker room day in January.

Today, with a $1000 high hand promo every half hour, New Englanders are 'tough enough' to venture out to their car, and drive to the Encore.

The Encore has created a monster with their incorrect usage of the high hand promo. There's no doubt the Encore needs a high hand promo, it's just the Encore did a below average job of how to schedule and implement it.

Uber / Lyft drop-off and pick-up is supposed to be on B1 now at the North elevator, which is better for poker players.
