I think stud and razz need license. Quite possible draw games like 2-7 would need one as well.
I was honestly thinking 10%/$4-5 cap. $6 is insane for a limit game, imo. Northville always discounts rake at short-handed tables(which I think is to keep it going), so maybe they would be iwlling to discount an exotic game like HORSE to get people interested.
Hourly is a terrible Idea, I think. There are maybe 1-2 dealers who can deal a HORSE game up there. Even with those dealers, I think the game will move incredibly slow.
