Could've had heaps of chips if I didn't know how to fold an overpair.

JJ on a T 8 4 I lead for 45. Aforementioned crazy guy min-raises with an additional ~235 back. Third guy, who just so happens to post here, bumps it to 215 with another ~900 back. I folded, they got it in, one with Q2 and the other with 76. Board runs out 8, J.

Queen high almost open mucked the river.
Folding an overpair to me on a drawy board = total WEAKSAUCE! I probably should have just called the 90 tho with the disguised hand and not much fold equity on crazy guy. I thought he was more than $325 deep. But I did want you out of the hand, so I was fine with the result. I ALMOST would have felt bad if he mucked the winner. Actually, I probably would have been snickering for the next half hour.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. If it was just heads up, then that hand is completely different.

That guy made huge raises all night, (i.e. no limps, opens for 70; 3 limps in a straddle pot, raises to 210; $50 pot 5 way - he open jams for 250) but he decides to min-raise me with a flush draw. Leveled me. I figured he would've just jammed with a flush draw like how he was doing the whole time. I didn't think both of you would be on a draw. I thought he had me beat and I was flipping against you. I was half right, but I obviously didn't want to get that much money in just hoping to be in a flip situation.

Were you still there when that guy almost mucked for the side pot when I was playing the board in a 3-way all-in? I actually announced "I'm playing the board" and he obviously didn't hear me. He took ~20 seconds before flipping his cards up and realizing he won with a naked ace. The whole table just sat in suspenseful silence waiting to see if he was going to notice. Just an absolutely crazy game.

That's what I hear, but I will believe it when they announce the dates. Anyone played up there btw? Looking for some feedback on their room for my next article.

I have. I was less than impressed with the setup/staff. PM with more direct questions if you want to know a bit more.

Mornings? That's something I think I'd need a device I hear people refer to as an"alarm clock" ;-). Thanks. I added them to my favorites on bravo

I have played several time at the Naples/Ft. Myers dog track. Best day to play is when they have the hourly $1,000 high hand jackpot.

Pills sooo true!! With 7 charity's it just seems lazy to let something like that happen. As a floor it sucks telling a table that cant buy any more chips or having to switch over a game to another charity but with so much to lose I dont uderstand why they would be so lax especially with MGCB poking there heads around the last couple weeks.

Played at Snookers yesterday and asked to move tables to a table with an open seat (no one waiting in line). Floor said because of trouble with charity chip counts they weren't doing too many table changes. I took that to mean I wasn't enough of a reg to get special treatment which was fine, but obviously they are on some form of probation and are trying to be careful.

If the table change was to a different it wastes the money you sell back to the charity. I bet if u had asked after a bust out, they would be more willing.

Pretty tight usually. I just find the easy targets and pick on them

That's ****ed up. In that case just cash out and wait until they fill that table. I never had a problem with table changes there.

Well we did get it all in on the flop. I would have liked to have turned my quads but didn't river them either.

This was only the 2nd time I've had it where I was the under-set. Didn't hurt as bad as last time as this guy only had $120 after the flop.
